  1. mine came from JTR with the plug/probe/sensor (whichever) installed.
  2. I think mine has a coolant level sensor or something installed there. That's really odd to just be plugged by a bolt like that.
  3. I went auto meter as well for the speedo and tach. Very easy setup and very light weight in comparison to the stock guages. Also I put 2 little 12v LEDs between the two gauges for the turn signals and my highbeam indicator is the small red light in the stock Volt guage.
  4. pretty sure 2000-2002 had this plastic tank...it was steel before that.
  5. hey David, are you running a 2 bar map sensor and tune? I'm just curious if it has anything to do with your drivability issues?
  6. 1. 2000 Camaro Block, 2002 Z06 LS6 Heads, Comp Cam (.595 .598 232 234 112LSA), FAST intake Manifold, Sanderson headers from JTR, Dual 3" Electric cutouts, HPTuners, 420rwhp (100shot of nitrous...yet to be used) 2. Camaro T56, Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel 3. Johns cars Kit (JCI) 4. Walboro 255 inline pump, Corvette regulator/filter, steel braided line from tank to rail, JTR radiator and mount, Taurus 2spd Fan, Autometer guages for speedo and tach, Poly urethane bushings all around, all swap wiring by me. 5. Jan 08 - March 08....4000 HARD miles on swap as of Jan 09, averaging around 18mpg, Curb weight 2520 6. Q45 VLSD, MM axles, adapters, RB-R 17X8.5, BRE wing
  7. BTW I'm pretty sure the headers sold by JTR and JCI are Sanderson headers.
  8. Put both engines in and you can say it has 2JZs in it...LOL. OK I'm sorry I'll stop now. Oh and LSX FTW.
  9. I drilled 4 holes in the 2 vertical braces and corresponding holes in the shroud. It mounted up pretty much perfectly and cools my LS1 great!
  10. Nice, Thanks Myron...I previously looked through his thread and saw you were doing his welding and figured he was copying your setup for the most part... I just didn't want to assume!
  11. That's GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) not curb weight. GVWR is how much the car would weigh with the maximum load it should carry (manufacturer recomended). So if the cars curb weight is 2800 lbs and GVWR is 3200 the manufacturer recomends you dont carry more than 400 lbs in the vehicle.
  12. 2530 lbs...1975 280Z with LS1/T56 using JCI parts, 4-5 gallons of gas, no carpeting, no spare/jack, no ac or related items, still has heat, 14" aluminum rims.
  13. good info... looks like a really cool package! http://www.sdpc2000.com/product/19201327/EngineControlerModuleandHarnessLS376480.aspx
  14. fooking badass...did you redo that front mount on the q45 diff? I recall you were planning to. The vids and especially those pics are awesome. Edit: ....went back through your album...all I can say is your diff mount looks awesome and I hope you dont mind me infringing on your copyrights ...
  15. The only other fuel related line that goes to the engine bay is the EVAP line from the charcoal canister...its solely for emissions. There's no cold start injector on these motors.
  16. The fliter/reg was in C5s too. I know 2000+. I think only 97 vette had the return style fuel rail. The filter/reg is only like 40-50 bucks.
