I like to keep consistent looking interior. My goal is to upgrade tachometer with original dash gauges looking. From original tachometer, dissemble everything. Drill the plastic lens cover. Build LED light. LED light installed. Drill the face plate for signal indicators. Put green LED. Trim the housing. Assemble. Completed.

Looks like Cometic has only 89mm bore. http://www.shopengineparts.com/parts.aspx?eid=965&cid=24&type=engine&vtype=Import&make=Nissan&model=L-Series+Inline+6 And RHD Japan's Kameari version is 90.5mm bore.

Hi, I'm in the middle of rebuilding 280zx rear disk brake caliper. I got this caliper long time ago, and I forgot to take photos when I disassemble it. Now I try to put it back with comparing with FSM and got some issue. First of all, the shape of spacer looks different.. I don't have any other equivalent shape spacer comes with the caliper. I checked '81, '83 FSM, it also looks same as '82 FSM. Secondary, the ring to the end of the piston, does not fit. It's too small. The rebuild kit comes with 2 rings, but that is for cylinder side. However, the ring for cylinder will good fit for piston... Does anyone experience rebuilding 280zx rear caliper? Thanks, tamo3

S12W with 16" RS Watanabe does not match well. I have to grind outer side of caliper even though I put 8mm spacer. -
Nice color choice, looks great!

It was so hard to remove pulley. I followed this step to try to remove pulley. http://www.ifsja.org/forums/vb/showthread.php?t=131960 I don't know how much I need to bang hammer with 27mm socket. I try to use impact gun to try to remove the tapered collar. No luck to remove the collar. I decided to cut it off. Once the collar comes out, pulley fell off! Once the pulley is out you may now get very excited and start telling your wife all about how awesome you are. When it becomes clear that she simply does not appreciate just how awesome you are, proceed to next step ..... Beer! -
Looks good progress! I have same '75 280z car too

Great progress! You've got a nice header!

Me too. The MSA windshield seal had gaps in the upper corners. But cost of OEM one is $250 just for windshield.... I used KIA's one for door and hatch.
