  1. Well I didn't get sunburned because I used sunscreen and left at 1:00pm. I had to go to a Baptism. I also went to one on Saturday, figure that... lol I would've taken my Z and parked it next to the Hybrid'ers if I didn't have to go somewhere. I hope to take my car to next year's show. It was cool meeting other Hybrid'ers. Marcos
  2. Thanks to Jeffp, check out item #928 at the bottom of the page: http://www.csiperformance.com/cooling2.html Marcos

  7. Don't forget that there is a procedure to remove head bolts or else the head might warp. The procedure is in any maitenance manual such as Haynes and Chilton. Marcos
  8. We need specs man . Those numbers are really impressive. Good Job man. Marcos
  9. I picked up mine at my parent's house this morning. Happy to say that it is in perfect condition....Hmmmm Sorry man, but I also hate it when the mags come torn or folded. My condolences. It is in my car but I have to wait to get home later today to look at it. I just know it will end up in the shitter if I bring it into work and leave it lying around. LOL. I'd rather not risk that and wait. Marcos
  10. How much do those rotors weigh? It looks hefty. Marcos
  11. My Accord handles better than my 240Z now. It is solid but there is a problem. The sway bars aren't in yet because they don't fit correctly. The kit is the correct part number but the sway bars hit the lower strut mount that goes to the lower control arm so I can't get the end-joints in. It is a little longer than the sway bar too so the holes don't line up that well either. The center of sway bar that goes over the exhaust also rubs against some power steering lines that come off the rack and pinion. I have talked to Summit and they came back saying that Suspension Techniques advised that I need to put jackstands under the struts to compress them so I can get it in. That doesn't sound right to me. I'm thinking that they probably put the wrong sway bars in the box. I will probably call them on Monday. Does anyone have any comments on this? Tokico are as good as I have heard, at least in my opinion, and the urethane bushings also made a big difference. That is what I will be putting into my Zs. Marcos
  12. I ordered the parts for my car on Thursday. I ordered a Suspension Techniques Hyper bushing kit, Eibach sway bar kit (front /rear) and Tokico Illumina adjustable suspension kit (comes with the struts/springs and is valved for my car). I cant wait to install this stuff in my car. Marcos
  13. I know that...but I was just wondering if anyone has found a place that has been confirmed to have rock bottom prices. This would help narrow my search. Thanks Marcos
  14. I need some help. The suspension on my daily driver 93 Honda Accord is totally shot. I want to upgrade my struts, springs, bushings and sway bars. Any ideas on where to get Eibach stuff cheap. I would like to buy their springs and sway bar kit. Any ideas. Marcos
  15. Question...Is that thing sitting on an all-wheel drive dyno????? Interesting. LOL Nice car. Marcos

  17. An NA motor sucks air through the intake manifold. A turbo, on a turbo motor, pumps air into the intake manifold and builds boost. So an NA motor will always mark negative on a boost guage. A turbo motor on the other hand works the same way as a NA motor at lower RPM and shows negative too. As the RPM goes up, the turbo spools and builds boost, it will start to go into the positive at a certain point until you get the full boost reading. Which is whatever you set your boost to. That is why you see negative at low RPM and it goes toward the positive at higher RPM. As to your problem, I don't have much experience with turbo motors yet. Sorry. Marcos
  18. I thought "What the ...." when I saw this. Can you say lawsuit when someone cuts their leg on this. LOL http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2400104333&category=34203 Marcos
  19. I personally like one 12" sub with a bridged amp powering it. I plan on putting that into my 240Z. It already has two midrange speakers and two tweeters up front. I wanted to put the box in the spare tire well. Has anyone tried this? What did you make the box out of? Marcos
  20. Oh man!!!! I heard of that head. It is mentioned in one of those "How to modify your Datsun" books. It also mentions that those heads went for $12,500 new from the manufacturer. I bet he would probably want alot for it. I have no idea of what kind of power can be had from such a head but I bet it would probably be cheaper to swap in turbo motor or V8. It would also be expensive to get replacement parts for that head. Marcos
