  1. I got Ford lightning injectors. 440ccs for sale. They fit stock fuel rail. Link here. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=146486
  2. Harbor Freight is where I got my tarps.
  3. brake booster? Do you have to push really hard to get the car to stop? Or is it just a firm pedal?
  4. I also went this route. Best way to go. But you will have to sacrifice your spare wheel well.
  5. Yea the show is getting lamer every year. But I had a blast at the autocross, so that made my weekend.
  6. alright dude. i'm rather new to the posting side of forums so forgive me. haha i tried to figure out how to pm you for like 10 mins but i got to go to work. i'm quite interested in some of the things you have to sell though, for example the the MS stuff and the injectors (perhaps even the rail). 1(818)687-6010 this is my cell. i'll be at work today 'til 8:30 but please do give me a call and we'll talk, or text me if you prefer. and don't worry i'm no low baller =] OH my name's Leo by the way. hahahaha. by the way if you call, and i don't answer please leave a msg so i know who you are and how to get back to you. thanks a lot!

  7. Heres a thread that might help. Also shows what the nuts look like (hahaha). Btw, I dont deal with "shitty dragon auto". They're service sucks and they're products are worse. Go to zcarparts.com. They cost a little more but always get it right the first time.
  8. Btw, this has been discussed before so you might want to search too.
  9. The fronts are easy. No serious issues. The rear is a little bit of a problem. Reason is that the nut that holds on the stub axle to get to the rear bearing is peened. Meaning the nut itself folds over the threads so it wont loosen itself (I think thats why they did it anyway). People have been able to grind those "metal folds" off. But it was a complete bitch for me. Took it to a machine shop and they just drilled out the old nut without ruining the threads. Was worth it. Remember to get the 280zx nuts. THey dont require peening again.
  10. This is clearly YOUR fault! Everyone knows its better to shami dry your car then air (even though it is a good excuse to drive the car)! If you were drying your car correctly you would never been in that situation. Just messin... In all seriousness though, glad your ok.
  11. still need: driver side seat mounts from body
  12. Found out rotor part # 160-5845 would also work. But that is also on backorder. I took a peak at other rotors, scary thing is most are on back order. Ill give them a call.
  13. I need new rotors before I autocross the z in a couple weeks, (brakes shake car hard when brakes are applied). The brake pedal pulses out of control when i even touch the brakes. Im figuring they are warped rotors. So im trying to get another set. Thing is, the rotors have been on back order for over a month now. I never seen it this bad. Summit, jegs, everywhere. Are they no longer making these rotors (part #160-2894 and 5). Is there another replacment that can be used? Ill jump to drilled rotors in necessary.
  14. Always been a fan of that airdam. I love how it "flares out" (wording?). Seems to be common outside of the states, not to common around here though.
  15. haha. Thats classic. Props. But what im working on doesn't necessarily need to be dirty for me to wear gloves. I got into the habit of keeping gloves on, if im in the garage. I work better that way somehow
  16. I noticed that you had the drilled rotors. Do you get that annoying sound when you press the pedal? Kinda like a whirling sound? I noticed this when I got the drilled rotors.
  17. The 76 ones should work. Let me know on both the seat rails and the regulators.
  18. I like to get them all zinc plated/(or some sort of plating). Little expensive but come out better then factory.
  19. 77 - 78 parts will not work. (except center console). I dont want cracked center consoles either.
  20. Dirty hands are for dirty people. Not to mention the CLEANER YOU AND YOUR SHOP/WORK AREA ARE, the cleaner your work will be (craftsmanship quality if you will).
  21. I need these things for a 1975 280z. Cant be a late model (on most stuff, if you are not sure, let me know and ill see if it will work for my application). 1- Seat rails (both sides) 2- Diver side window regulator (willing to buy pass side for spare if price is right). Also willing to take windows with it so you dont get stuck with it. 3 - 240z tail light gaskets (used ok, as long as not ripped, just to get me by for now) 4 - center console 5 - driver side seat mounts from body (need to be cut from car, or drill the spot welds out). If you are local I can come do it. 6 - 280ZXT CV Conversion parts Thanks.
  22. I tried something similar. I put a small piece of rubber between the window frame mount and the actual mirror. Helped, but it was still very annoying. In the end i ditch them and went with mirrors that mount near the stock location. Much better. I can actually see whats behind me now (flashing red and blue lights most of the time it seems..... )
