Man those are dirt cheap compared to some rims I have been looking at. Great set of track wheels and nothing custom required.

Yes that company will make a 4 to five lug adapter it is a two peice design and has its limitations. But it does increase the options. I have some of these actually just not gotten to use them yet.

Hey Zbobo if you are doing the yz flares like I keep hoping to do I would seroiusly think about converting to a five lug setup or being prepared to fork out cash for custom 4 lug rims. The yz Flares can handle a 12 inch wide possibly 13 (still looking into that myself) wheel. Start considering how much those kinda wheels are going to cost you. Unless you want drag type rims in a 15 inch size you are going to have problems filling those flares. The new mustang five lug rims seem to be a favorite. IF your pockets are deep enough some companies such as volk hre and some others are making nice rims for wide body 300zx's and supra's however these are going to require a spacer at least on the rear. I would start thinking about costs involved in the different options. 5 lug swap vs flared vs custom rims vs adapters vs little selection. Id have my rims picked out if I had 2300 dollars to spend on them oh well

hey s30z bushido when did you get those wheels. I really like those with the zg flares.

ps I would love a set of aluminum hubs if they could be made in a 5 lug pattern

Hey juan just won a set of your wilwood brakes off ebay. I was wondering if the hats could be drilled for 5 lugs by you before shipping. Im not in a hurry to get these and I know you were in the process of working on this anyway. Shoot me an email or pm so we can talk about this some more. No sweat if this isnt do able.

Hey guys I want to swap in the 300zx front 5 lug hubs and I need to know if this will affect any of the brake Geometry . I was to upgrade the brakes to wilwood units that are 4 lug can I just redrill the hats for 5 lug and go or will there be an offeset of the caliper needed. I dont think so I just wanted to make sure. If not guess my other z will be getting wilwoods just got a great deal on the jsk setup 143.00 shipped. Woohoo I need to know right away though so I can buy the 5 lug hubs someone is holding for me. I also need to know about the dust seals. I was reading that they are the wrong ones so what do you do to fix that problem. Thanks for all your help guys.

Ok Im working on a five lug swap and I just got some five lug adapters. I have a set of four but am going to do a 300zx front hub swap to bring out the offset on the front and change to five lugs. However Im looking for a way to do the same thing on the rear. I would like to use modern supra type wheels and not have to use spacers or at least not adapters and a small spacer instead of a large one. Anyone thought of this before. Would it be possible to modify a different hub for the rears to add positive offset.

I would say asking is your best bet. An exact figure would be very hard to come up with but just say you were making 8 dollars an hour how long would it take to make earn about 2 thousand dollars. Then you might start coming up with an idea. Depends on the shop and alot of other things.

I wonder...If I have a imsa body kit and if it would fit an 18x13 wheel inside of it. And if the 13inch wide wheels have a -2 mm offset how thick of a spacer would be needed???

I have thought about doing that myself. I think its a great idea. I think it never hurts to ask. Just dont be upset if all you are doing is block sanding other peoples vehicles. But just talking with the pros gets you all kinda knowledge and ideas.

what size are those wheels. I have been looking for some modern wheels that will fill those flares. Still looking. Need like an 18x11 because of all that positive offset.

4.3's arent all bad. You shoulda seen the 4.3 turbo charged 69 camaro I just saw at a car show this weekend. It was running 11.5's in pretty much street trim. Not to bad for a car thats gonna be 1000 lbs heavier than a 240.

I didnt know datsun got in trouble over a mercedes copy??? Id like to hear more info on all this. If you were to find one at a jy for like 50 bucks or something Id throw a little cash your way to help on the venture and some others may also.

Im still watching with great interest. If this head could be produced and had for about 2000 or less I think that would nab some buyers. Id be interested but what your going to run into are people that have all different types of airdams and that could make it hard to cater to everyone. I like the idea though. Probably going to fab something up myself If I can figure out the fiberglass thing.

Yeah attitude not cool. But on Loco's side I have been trying to search for info on the caddy 500 swap and Ive read several posts about it but I cant get them to pop up in a search so I understand sometimes the info is a little hard to find.
