  1. Radiator hose sucks IMO. I don't know how many time my hose came "pop!" off.
  2. It's a modified T04B WB actualator I think. On T04B, you can use a T3 WB actualtor with small notch on one of the hole that goes into the compressor housing.
  3. How about jetting the NOS again the air stream? I heard it can give better distribution in some case
  4. you can go and see if your local truck stop got a scale. Flying J usually have one. On Flying J's scale, my car weight 2750lb with me, half tank of gas plus a full size spare.
  5. nothing need to be modify that I remember. But I would consider the pressure drop. Transcooler drops alot of pressure.

  7. I usually cut low 2's on street tires with open diff. I've seen better on open diff also. I suck Z car squat alot so it usally hook or spin.

  9. My 78 weights 2750lb on a scale with half tank of gas me (160-170lb) and full size spare and box of tool No A/C compressor but I do have turbo and IC. No bumper on the rear and 240 bumper on the front. I guess dry weight is about 2550lb.
  10. I was close, swing valve = flapper So why didn't the swing valve assembly come off when you broke all five bolts?
  11. Ok, you are trying to replace the WG housing (the flapper assembly) or the whole turbine housing? Nissan WG housing should bolt up as long as you have the 5 bolt turbine housing. The new style T3 housing (4 bolt?) won't work with Nissan WG housing. (you need the 3 bolt Ford style I think) T3/T04B hybrid. I might be able to come up with one. I'll let you know
  12. I once had a piece a metal go into my eye while I was grinding the ex. manifold outlet since I'm too lazy to wear an eye protection over my glasses. Anyway, what was ironic was that my eye doctor got a real small die grinder to pull the metal out of my eye Good thing she was hot. Loose clothing is never good either. I had my T-shirt sucked into a blower once. I'm always getting to accident

  17. JB weld will hold. My BOV flange is JB Welded. It has seen 20psi and no leak yet I would weld it though, just to do it right

  22. try checking the hazzard switch. The turn signal somehow goes through the hazzard switch. (don't ask me why) Inside of the hazzard switch is a rocker switch. tighten the base and it should fix the turn signal.
  23. The spline gear (I think that's what it's called) same on turbo. Should be just a bolt on.
