I get that pop whenever I am slowing down around 2500 RPMs, I am also unsure as to what causes it

they need to do just that, you know, cause the gtr just isnt enough for enthusiasts

so it slams on the z06... but what happens when it goes up agenst a ZR1?

will do, hopefully I wont run into anymore problems... The PO of this car used different sized nuts then stock so everything needs rethreading, and all the nuts he used were different from left side to right side.

I will say right now that I have not read thrue this thread, but based on the title I will through in my 2cents... Its all about finding the right parts for the right cost, and if that means used so be it ... I bought 4 lowering springs that are much stiffer then stock for 60 shipped... And I found a Z at the pnp with KYB struts. Be careful when changing suspension though... I started mine and now my Z is down for the next 4 days (things go wrong). So In about a week I will have what your title asked about... So in a nutshell, theres nothing cheaper then used...

I was going to turbo my Z next week but I have to wait till the 29th which is when I will be getting zxt injectors... anyways, be sure to list everything that is needed because that is a very commonly asked question, Also the things that are not to strait forward, such as the return line on an NA oil pump. and dont forget to show us and after vid of your car flying down the street!!!:biggrin:

well I was talking about the rubber piece... But I got one at the pnp today, only to realize that the bearing that goes in the rubber piece on mine was ruined, and they had none at the pick n pull... So I have the rubber thing, and I just ordered the bearing from Kragen... 3 day wait... Im going to miss my Z for the next three days. at least it will be ready for the meet on the 29th! on a side note, I borrowed a 94 ford escort 5 speed to go to the pnp, that thing is so slow its unsafe!!! (no joke, shift at 5 grand on every gear and it will take you 5 min to hit 90) And to clarify further, the nut, which is now long gone wasnt stuck persay. It would spin around when you took a wrench to it, but it wouldnt go anywhere... And yes, I was holding the strut still. AHHHH... 3 days without my Z! Without any car for that matter thanks for the help guys, issue resolved... but Im still wondering if the bearings match up... To late now though

My apologies, How about something along the lines of "are these suspension parts interchangable"? My question isnt how to get a nut off, I gave up on that, but if I can use a particular s130 part on an s30. Thanks

Thanks for the tip but there is no way this is going to come off, I did try that to no avail, and believe me I tried hard... Eventualy I just gave in and tried splitting the nut, but once I got it split the rubber piece STILL WOULDNT BUDGE!!!!!! grrrrr Thanks a bunch, I will let you know tomorrow when I get back from the pick n pull, shipping would take longer then preferable, My Z is my only car... If I cant find one I will let you know. -Michael
