  1. Direct links work to Where are you hosting them? edit: That is very odd looking! Wish I had some input on the subject, but I can't say I've seen one like that before.
  2. You can buy a poly bushing kit that has all you'll need The energy suspension one seems to be the most popular. Also, you should run standard rubber bushings on the front of the TC rods to avoid damage, iirc. I would search to make sure it's the TC rods though. Someone will probably chime in to verify.
  3. I have 2 spares, and I can get 50% off of shipping via greyhound. Shoot me a PM if you're interested
  4. Thanks for drawing the entire picture Nigel That's what I was saying all along
  5. John speaks words of truth. I'm planning on a borla xr-1 for the exhaust on my future engine.
  6. Hey guys, just like the title says. I'm looking for a set of coil overs for my '71. Everyone seems to be running the ground controls, which must be a sign of their quality, but I'm open to anything. New is nice, but used in good condition sill suffice. Also looking for a set of Tokicos to fit sectioned struts. Please post here and then shoot me a PM with what you have. I have quite a few Zs worth of parts if you want to work out a trade, but cash works too Thanks, Ryan
  7. Thanks for the tip I'll be sure to grab the dupli-color can when I do all of my suspension this summer!
  8. I didn't realize they were in WA, let alone Tacoma! I might have to check them out
  9. Polish it once, and have it coated with high temp clear powder coating. Never polish again, and the clears have been known to withstand the heat without any yellowing, cracking, peeling, etc.
  10. When my Z gets to the point where I'd actually want to show it off, would someone kindly remind me to watermark all of my photos? Those are some gorgeous Z's!
  11. 120 grit -> 220 grit -> 320 grit -> 400 grit -> 600 grit -> 1000 grit -> 1500 grit -> cut and polish
  12. Definitely not a bolt on, but Austin makes a kit to swap a z32 transmission in with some machining to the bell-housing. The z32 trans has been known to hold in excess of 500hp in stock trim http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=154214

  14. Yes they do. If you have a finned cover I would like to buy it from you. PM sent
  15. This is exactly what I was saying. I know the coolant does't cool the ATF, but in my radiator there is coolant circulating around a chamber the ATF passes through. There aren't any radiator fins dedicated to cooling ATF on its own. Now if you were going to run a separate ATF cooler as a a fuel cooler like the one pictured below, you would be in business. Using the one integrated into your radiator is only going to heat the fuel up to the temperature of the coolant.
  16. The ATF cooler built into my camaro radiator is cooled by the same coolant that cools the engine. Yours may be different, but in my application it would definitely end up warming the fuel.
  17. Deal fell through. Still looking for a pair I've decided that a set of stubs for half shafts would be best, as I don't have anywhere near enough torque to break them yet.
  18. I was thinking lowcarb would indicate FI, until you said you had triples. Very cool present! Definitely a keeper
  19. The desoldering braid is my favorite approach. It's cheap, easy, and effective. In your case I would get something to place behind the wires (maybe a smaller chunk of copper or steel) so you have something to press against when heating it all up.
  20. I think I've found a pair guys, but continue to let me know what you have. The guy I'm planning on buying from is having them blasted clean right now, but I'll let you know if it falls through.
  21. I know this one is a long shot, but I'm looking for any 4x114.3 to 5x114.3 wheel adapters. I'm open to the 1" thick ones with a shared lug, but would ideally like the 2-piece 2"/50mm thick ones (see attached), as the wheels I want to run have a +52mm offset. Need a set of 4 adapters, but if you only have a pair, I'll probably take them Post here, and PM me with what you have! Thanks, Ryan
  22. He said it was a refurbished tank, so I would guess it is gunk free. Maybe some of the coating blocked the outlet when it was refurbished?
  23. Nothing a little massaging with the BFH can't fix Be sure to get us some pics of everything when you do decide on what's going in!
  24. Still looking for a set. The CV stubs would be ideal, but I'm open to stubs from a 280z as well.
