ive never taken anything out of the box i got, but i know its the complete swap, calipers, brackets, rotors, and i believe the pads as well. let me check the old for sale thread i got them from. :EDIT: here's what it comes with.... Toyota 4 Piston brake kit, includes non-vented front rotors, 240z hubs, S12+8 calipers, Earls stainless steel brake lines for front and rear. This is used but everything is in good condition, pads and rotors look like they have good life left in them

yeah i will. there isnt much to take though two weeks is the deadline. two weeks from Tuesday the 27th, if i cannot get it at least drivable, then its over. EDIT. i have the toyota brake swap for my car that i dont need, if anyone wants it, its the complete swap calipers, rotors, hell i think it has the backing plates too. its 100% complete, i bought it off of a member on here not too long ago, and never took the stuff out of the box, its just collecting dust.

someone's been in it before, the bolts are rusted and stripped....and i havent put the new boots on yet. i will when i get my new airbox assembly.

last time someone started screaming while i was driving (yeah it was a female), i put my S13 into a drift in an empty parking lot, then followed it by a nice burnout. the whole time she kept swearing, and i was like "i'm sorry i cant hear you over the exhaust!" BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA but yeah. when people like her complain about sports cars, a baby dies.

ive tried, but it wont stay running long enough to warm up....even with my foot on the gas pedal it wont stay running. i ran it with out the MAF plugged in yesterday, the rev bounced from 500rpms to 1500rpms repeatedly, but it actually revved when i gave it gas. as soon as i plugged it in, the idle went to 500rpms and died. at this point i'm thinking MAF, but why would it smoke so bad?

yep. pretty much. and i have the EFI bible, and it isnt helping. my roommate gave me a bit of an idea to go off of.

since it has been in my possession, the car has never ran right. (read: 4 months)... i just did the timing chain, due to the chain tensioner being no good. the timing is dead on. when i start the car, it will rev to 1K RPMs and then suddenly drop to 500, and when you give it gas, it stutters like crazy and the revs hardly move. while doing this, the car smokes out the tail pipe like crazy.

my mom's bf has a 1950 ford pickup he's restoring, and a 48 mercury he's restoring. i dont like fords but those two vehicles are damned cool. he also has a 1972 Baja Bug he lets me drive around sometimes!! :)

alright here's where i stand with this car. i did the timing chain, the timing is DEAD ON, and i have fuel and spark, and damned decent compression (160 across the board). its still flooding, and ive already fouled a set of brand new plugs, and i keep ketting fuel in my oil, so its getting annoying. so, in the spirit that i need Air, Fuel, and Spark.....how do i check the operation of the MAF and make sure im getting proper air. and again this thing keeps flooding. also, this is a BONE STOCK L28 in a 1978 280Z 2+2. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!

^^FINALLY. you know i was thinking of that on the way home from work yesterday. i love CA's but most people consider them old and crap compared to the SR20...even though the CA is a mini RB and has a WAY better head design than the SR. but i digress.
