in the 4.5 years ive had my 240sx ive contemplated selling it sooooooooooooooooooo many times its rediculous, and even when i bought the Z recently, i thought about selling it because of all the rot. chip up dude, it's never easy, but its SO AWESOME when it works!

one of the best mods i've done to my 240sx is the fidanza flywheel. getting more of the power that's already at the crank to the wheels kicks ass.

the titan is going to have the best interior. the tundra is going to be the most reliable. the dodge is the only one you can get with a diesel. both the dodge and titan will have the most interior room.

alright gentlemen, i have the front end of the motor apart, and am ready to start putting the timing chain back on.....good thing i took it apart, the tensioner was semi-junk, it sticks when oil pressure hits it, and thusly doesn't keep the chain tight all the time. hurray for kits! i hope this motor isnt junk and all this work is worth it. otherwise ill be slamming another l28 in it. also, im thinking about going carbs instead of keeping the FI. i really have no reason to keep it.

ah alright then nevermind. i was going to take it out just to clear up some more room up front, but nevermind. thank you all for the input!

Hey everyone, I have a quick question. I have the radiator and whatnot out of the car in preparation of doing the timing chain on my L28. What I am wondering is if I can just take out the charcoal canister and plug the vacuum lines, seeing as down the road i plan on taking out the EGR and lines purtaining to the EGR system. also, any other suggestions are welcome while i have the the front of the engine apart.

gotta be honest, i am not impressed by the audi R8 at all. its just a lamborgini chassis with a audi badge on it. but the GTR is growing on me......

i'm not suprised. we had a 2003 baja in the garage that had a battery light on after circuit city put in a remote start. they ended up frying the alternator, the battery, a bunch of wires, and the trailer hitch harness. flippin geniuses eh?

if you go to the dealer they should be able to look it up, its not necessarily a kit at all dealers, the one i worked at offered the tire, the jack, and the tools as a kit though.
