I haven't been on here as much, due to my Z waiting for floor repair, and because of the Beetle I just picked up. This thing is a BLAST!!!! She has 134K, and the original 1600cc engine, with a couple oil leaks. The chassis is CLEAN with the exception of some minor rust and one rot spot. But compared to my Z she's clean as all hell!

hey guys, I haven't posted in awhile... My car is at a bit of a standstill. I'm waiting for my mom's bf to start working on the floor, and I've recently bought a 1972 baja beetle and have been driving that around. see ya around!

i work with a guy who was a datsun mechanic from when the 240Z came out until the first days of the Z32. (yes i know it was nissan when the Z32 came out), and he suggested trying that.

so.....can someone post a pic of where the blinker canister is? i got mine yesterday and cannot find the damned one that's in the car! oh and thanks for the parts Derek, although i think you might have sent me the front side markers.....either way, i appreciate you getting them out to me in a day. you rock!!!!!!!!!!

Games like that made me proud to be from the boston area! Hopefully the Sox can pull it off again this year! As far as the Pats, well, yeah they blew it in the bowl, but I'd like to see the Giants win as consistently as we have.

well, i'm on hiatus as far as registering the damned thing. I've just moved and I'm waiting for the change of address to go through. and a HUGE thank you to Derek AKA Challenger for helping me out throughout my struggle with this car by sending me parts. and another HUGE thank you to ShaggyZ for sending me parts as well! I need to get floormats to cover up the holes in the floors, so if I get pulled over they won't see it

I'm going to be picking up a 1972 Baja Bug in a few weeks, and was wondering if anyone here has one or has ever had one. These things are cool as all hell! Here's the Wiki page (not very well written but you'll get the idea) for those who don't know what they are... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baja_bug I really don't like germans cars, but after driving this thing around a couple times, I had to have it. I'll get pics up as soon as I take possesion of it.

I cannot wait to drive my 2+2 on the road! I know it has holes in the floor, but that just means I can use my feet as emergency brakes! And I still cannot get the driectionals to work....the hazards flash (except for the front passenger side, because the light itself is rotted) but the directionals wont....and yes the bulbs are new except for the side markers and the FR directional bulb. Perhaps it's the switch?
