    What color did you get? I love the look of my Rota RBR. I went with the 17X8.5 because I wanted Hyperblack with a polished lip and they don't come in 16X8. I think your car would look awesome with gunmetal and a polished lip. Hyperblack would look good to, but its a little lighter than you expect.

    Looks pretty good. I miss my Z31. I may start looking on craigslist to see if a cheap one pops up that I like.

    I remeber growing up it seemed to snow more often. I remember we would all run out and take pictures before it melted!

    Mine does the same thing when i'm under a 1/8 tank and I beleive its a rusty or dirty gas tank.

    Anybody have pics of a 280z with a 240z front bumper on it with the bumper guards. I was wondering how much of the 280z turn signals they cover and how it looks.

    Just ran into a video of this project finished. Topo definately has some skills! Especially for working out of his garage!!! He has also converted some 4 door Charger's to 2 door. Pretty Sick.

    Vacations are never as fun because of my contacts. First of all late nights my eyes really dry up. Then if you go to the beach salt water and contacts don't mix! Plus snorkling is usually out of the question.

    The one thing that always worried me is that i'm very sensitive to light and don't know how I would act during the surgery.

    I have been thinking about Lasik for a while also. My eyesight is much worse than 20x25!! I would love to be at that. I'm at 20x400 with slight astigmatism in one eye!! Being able to see without contacts or glasses would be like a miracle. I just need to stop putting it off and get it done.

    That was funny!! Had me fooled. You know what they say; its not how good you can weld but how good you can use a grinder thats important.

    Mine didn't really look like it could be rebuilt, but I just got a knife and slit it into a crease where it seems the two halves would meet and it popped right open.

    I was watching Chasing Classic Cars (new show on HD Theatre) tonight and I noticed a nice looking S30 in one of the shots. They were test driving this classic Ferrari that looked like a shelby cobra and this Red 240z with a black hood and 2 Fog lights in the grill and 2 fog lights in the spoiler came on its side trying to race them. It was pretty funny. They were in California.

    This thread had me going through Youtube and watching a bunch of videos of shows that I watched growing up that had nice cars in them. Stingray, Magnum PI, Miami Vice, Dukes of Hazzard, Knigh Rider, ..... Lost a few hours of my life!! But it was great to revisit old memories. Funny how a lot of shows back then had cars in them.

    There is definately something about the countach. I remember having a couple model cars of it growing up.

    Whats hitting. The rim or the tire? My spring perch lined up right with the lip of the rim.

    Got some pics? 235 would be cutting it pretty close. I ordered some Tockico shocks and springs to help with my soft suspension. Hopefully that will help with my rubbing.

    Lowriders are not the only cars using airbags. A lot of Hot Rods are using them. They are basically just like coilovers but you don't have to get out of the car to raise or lower your car. Here is a nice link to a company that specializes in performance air ride setups. http://www.ridetech.com/

    I seen some nice setups for Camaro's and other cars. And not just to slam the car to the ground. Supposedly they were for race setups. It would be interesting.
