Very late follow up. DemonZ, those are the tires I had. They feathered like nobody's business on both my WRX and my Z. Yes alignments were correct. They were so bad that at one point I was looking at prices for new wheel bearings as I though the wheel bearing were worn based on the noise. When I put on the snow tires, the noise went completely away. Another thing you don't get in the review. Look at the channels in the tires. The grooves go from wide to narrow. Gravel gets in those grooves and wedges right into the ends of the grooves. It sounds like you have nails in your tires until you get going about 50mph than they slam into your wheel wells. They also feel very soft-walled in the steering wheel.
OTOH, great wet traction.
I am absolutely loving my BFG T/A K/D tires. They are silent, very precise, and no tramming. They are very sticky in the dry once they warm up a tiny bit. My only gripe is that they have fairly rounded shoulders which makes them look somewhat less aggressive than they actually are.
