  1. I think she's from around my neck of the woods in Mid TN...or maybe it was someone else with a very similar tattoo.
  2. So far the only real drawbacks to the ford strokers that I have found are the thickness of the cylinder walls after you have to bore them out. That and price of the kits, but that is the case for any stroker kit just about. I still toy with the idea of the 347 but like you said let's just see how the money does.
  3. Welcome aboard. I too am following the FSB route, only I did not start with a straight enough body. Have you thought of a stroker 347 with FI?
  4. I had the privilege of witnessing true love and thankfulness this past Monday night. A man who was the once the preacher (he’s is now retired) at the congregation I attend is loosing his wife. Each day for him is one step closer to her departure and must be torment. But while we were there visiting we saw a side of him that was simply amazing. He was by her side at all times assisting her when she needed a drink talking to her with his hand gently on her arm full of love. I wish that I could convey it fully in words. He knows that she has a place prepared for her and thus does not fear her leaving. However we could see that it has taken it’s toll on him, and rightly so, but will that stop him…not a chance. And as a show of the strength he has passed on to his children, his son lead the prayer last night. It was a prayer full of thanks giving, heartfelt and sincere. He knows his mother does not have long but is thankful and happy for the time she did have. I am thankful for these kinds of influences and role models that still exist today. Everybody makes the world out to be a hellhole, and to some extent it is but there is always a ray on light from somewhere we just have to know where to look. Be thankful for what you have, what you each have been blessed with.
  5. $15,099!!!! Just think of all the lovely Z parts that could buy!
  6. I'm heading for Frankfurt on the 22nd (Friday) then to Heidelberg for a week.
  7. Thanks Douglas, My main aspiration is to get out into the countryside as much as possible. However, after looking at pictures from Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch I would like to visit perhaps all three. I looked at flights coming into Auckland and then going from there. I still toy with the notion of bringing my pack and hiking some of the area. I appreciate your input. Matt
  8. I would like to see as much as I can of the country side and still try to see a few of the cities. From what I have seen Christchurch looks to be a beautiful city.
  9. If one had the strong desire to travel to New Zealand where should he start? Assume that I have procured the flights, how and where would I best spend my time and see as much as possible? Of course all of this is within reason nothing too extravagant (translation...cost effective). I have looked into backpacking part of the country. If so, what time of year and what part of the country are ideal?
  10. Check out some of the links at the bottom. Especially the "More arcs and sparks" and watch some of those videos.
  11. Everybody just pull on the count of three while he's got the sucker...ready...
  12. How would the infamous "blue screen of death" factor in to this?
  13. The thing that riles me up is the lack of turn signals. It's as if some cars don't even come with that "option". I made sure to find a Z that had them installed already.
  14. Look in the front driver's side corner of the engine bay. Looks like a turbo housing yes no?
  15. I thought there was only one kind of tea in the south...really sweet.
  16. Did anyone else go back to their home page and find the 665hp Aztek. And it looks good too.
  17. Murfreesboro, right smack dab in the center of the state. I would love to get a better mountain bike than my Trek but around here (close) there are too few places to go. So I bought a Felt road bike and I love it. Of course I have the urge to buy some better components for it such as a set of Bontrager Race X Lite wheels but they comand a fairly high price. Matt
  18. Out of all the fascinating things you just described...what kind of bicycle do you ride? Road v. Mtn and brand? Matt
  19. I had considered a blue color for mine when the time came but after seeing that...mine would never hold a candle. OUTSTANDING!
  20. I can completely sympathize with you, I bought one of the same kits and had trouble with the T-fitting and cheap hose. I too replaced the T with a good one from Lowe’s but used aluminum tubing in place of the junk that was included in the kit. That was over a month ago…so far so good.
  21. The real question is...did the heat gun also fulfill its intended purpose? Well that and would it work for back hair?
  22. I'll chime in for Tool as well, perhaps some "Jesus built my Hotrod" by Ministry too. How about some footage of what many of our Z's do best... sitting on jackstands?
  23. Could you imagine some kid walking through a field and finding a set of teeth lying around...then they start asking where is the body.
  24. Does anyone else remember that song by The Refreshments from way back in 96 called "Banditos" with the line "The world is full of stupid people." How fitting don't you think
  25. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=10062&item=2454244928 And at such a good price too.
