  1. What oil pan are you using?
  2. Not good for fumes right now it points straight down at the ground about 12 inches directly behind the front tire. its a drag car.
  3. Cant remember if I posted these anywhere. this is how I did my oil pan. remember now this is back when there were no shops do custom pans I I had to do this myself. The front half of the z31 rb20 pan needed to be lowered for clearance. Then I had to beat out the side of the pan to clear the oil pickup Then there was the oil pickup. we made this using 1 rb26 and 2 rb25 pickups. There you have it. Some people have been asking for these pics for a while... finally found them ;>
  4. You can kinda see the hole in this pic. I never really thought about structure. My car is back halved do you think I need to reinforce this area now?
  5. Mine exits the firewall just under and forward of the brake master cylinder and terminates behind the front wheel.
  6. My DD 280z. Bone stock. wheels re 16x8 zero offset. rear fenders needed rolling.
  7. May put it on the dyno again to see where its at with 30 psi and a little more aggressive on timing. Since its running e85 now i may run out of injector before getting there ;<

  10. Took the z to a Japanese car meet last weekend. I trailer-ed the car there but i did drive it on the street for a little. and all i can say is wow. with the 2 speed glide it excels from a stop about as fast as any other car doing a civil excel. BUT give it about 100 yards and it gets crazy!!! cant wait to get a nitrous bottle in it ;> its currently setup for a 125 shot until 15 PSI.

  14. Cant find my old post to save my life? i remember seeing it was more then just me.? is tere an certain ad causing it? avast is blocking me from hybridz saying malicious logic.
  15. Headed to dyno tomorrow.. fingers crossed for good numbers and no failures.
  16. Mine would only backfire out the intake and exhaust. If you changed the cas drive gear like I described above then it may be your problem. Just rephase the coils as described above. If u havent changed the gear then its probably the start up cal just needs tuning. I found I needed to add 40% across the map just to get it started. Obtw I found that the injector wizard did not work for me.
  17. I had a hks GD MAX i think it was call. It was really easy to drive and was good for alot oh TQ... cant remember how much. The only thing bad about it was it kept breaking my rear end ;>
  18. If you dont have it i would download the service manual. it has very good breakdowns on how stuff goes back together along with detailed instructions and torque values.
  19. I didnt see this the last time i looked but I must say that is the best looking set of taillights I have seen used to date!!!!

AkumaY sent me what i needed. i didnt have some settings right but we kinda figured that out by reading the help file also there is box that has to be checked (invert) Still haven’t gotten a chance to verify but I’m pretty sure we have it figured out. I’m dropping the car off at the dyno when I leave for Japan for a 500 hp tune. Hope it will be done with no issues when I get back.... then tranny is coming out for a once over and rebuild and the water pump needs replaced... it sprung a leak from the weep hole over the winter. IM also trying to build a house so funds are tight....
