Here is the next pass. i blew an inter-cooler pipe off so didn't make a full pass. notice how much harder it launches. This was the result of a very minor change in the N20 fuel map. this pass WOULD have been faster. it launched so much harder and carried it out.
Working on fuel map with nitrous on. Without n20 it runs in the 11.50 AFR range at 30psi. With nitrous it's in the 10.50s. Every time we make a small adjustment in the nitrous fuel map it does faster. On this current setup I'm guessing we may see 8.5xs at 157+/- once it's all said and done. Next year may upgrade turbo to support power we are at now and save the n20 for special occasions
Next pass I hit the rev limiter too hard and it backfired on me and blew intake again.
Its all better now and ready for this Friday.
Will only be able to do 1/8 hits until i get a chute ;<
New PB. Looks like some posts got lost?
going for 850s..... Making around 750 at the wheels now. Tune is sitting at 10.50 AFR and 25 degrees of timing. There is still quite a bit left in it just by leaning it out.
Oh and it HAS TORQUE :>
If you don't want to go solid axle/back halve, the only other reliable solution is the TTT rear suspension that utilizes the r230 and either the Z32 or GTR CV axles. I have seen several cars into the 8s with th400, 350 and power glides.
Dont think i ever posted this one. its hard to see but this is the best pass to date. 9.37 @145
This was actually before the 940 and 939 pass.

make sure you give a cas that has the plastic black insert in the front of it the ones that are solid aluminum are damn near impossible to get apart without destroying them.
There should be a lock on the top or bottom of the plug. should be able to pull it out. not the pin itself. On my harness there is a plug lock then you just push the pin out.
Finally made it on the Utah Fast 15 ended up 13 after all was said and done. It was a long day. Turns out upgrading fuel pumps isn't as easy as ensuring base pressure matches.
That's my next build IF my RB ever takes a dump. SOOOO easy to make power cheaply. If the word power and cheap can even be used in the same sentence.
BTW what turbo is that. looks like it will not fit under hood ;>
Yea i bought a Freddy intake cause i knew i was going to weld it up anyway. Decided to try it in the bolt together config and it didn't last very long. About 5 passes at 30 PSI and the plenum pulled out all the bolts.
Not sure yet. I have been eyeballin the COMP CT43X-7679. I want to get something campable of support 850 at the wheels. Currently running pump gas.... E85 ;>
Looking at latest logs I'm pretty much tapped out at 150 shot and 25 PSI. Only thing I have left in it is getting the boost drop fixed and maybe adding a degree or 2 of timing on the top end. The bosch 044 has done a good job so far. May just add another.
