Thanks for the info. I guess I have to keep bleeding the system because the fork only has 1/4 inch of movement. My slave cylinder pin is not adjustable so I can't make it longer or shorter. How long does it usually take to bleed if all the system is new? I already tried pumpin it for about 30 min but it moves the same. Well I will have to wait for my brother to get here so I can do that quicker. Thanks

I recently bought a act clutch kit part #NX2-HDR6. Pressure plate #N-013 I have a fydanza flywheel and a N/A 5 speed from a ZX. I got the 2+2 fork and the 82 N/A bearings. 240z Master clutch cylinder and 82 n/a slave. The problem I am having is that the clutch slave/master cylinder is not pushing the fork out enough. I think it doesn't have enough power force to push it, so I cant put it in gear it grinds. If anyone has this combo what slave/master cylinder are you using? I wasn't having those problems with stock pressure plate and RPS disk. Any help will be appreciated. -JT
