  1. there is a video of him drifting all over a course on http://www.streetfire.net
  2. nice numbers man, how high are you reving to?
  3. http://www.vildinimotorsport.com/gallery/ndsr20.html He was a customer of ours who did his own rhd conversion. Bought the dash and most things from a contact in japan.
  4. pull off the valve cover and see if the timing marks and the chain are in the correct spot
  5. might want to lean your car out at idle if your fouling out the plugs
  6. sorry a litte off-topic, but awesome sig Gasoline!
  7. maybe a GT3076R with a 1.03 a/r would be good, still quicker spool than the gt35r and will not run out of breath so soon
  8. this is on my old 240z that i sold:
  9. we are running those in our current 508whp sr20 with a gt3076r, customer is running the same plugs on a gt3071r with 400whp, and we were running these plugs with a very similar turbo to yours when we were making 355whp. So the heat range is ok for what you have.
  10. those are the number on the box, 7173 is the stock no. and R5672A-8 are the part number
  11. they are part number: R5672A-8 V-Power Racing Copper Core
  12. well if you run too rich at idle you are going to foul them out more quickly which is what we were doing, but since the plugs are only $2 a piece its no big deal. Ill make sure to get you the part number as soon as i get to the shop in the morning after class.
  13. we ran NGK stock number 7173 with .028 gap when we were at 355whp. If you need the exact part number i will give it to you in the morning when i get to the shop.
  14. there will be no tutorials since no one has done a ka24 into a s30 that has been fully documented. Pretty much you will have to fab your own mounts (or buy our motor mount cradle to weld in), custom tranny mount, and cut your driveshaft.

LSD of course, open diff and 500 whp + would not be a good combination
  16. if he has the datalogit it is possible and somewhat of a good base map to start from. maybe a map from another customer, then its more than likely to be able to tune it in 2 hours on the dyno.
  17. ryan, as long as you have someone who really knows how to tune it then its a good standalone, but if you get someone who is kinda half-ass tuner it wont do you any good.
  18. i still gotta make your letter for insurance man, were swamped here right now and ill try to get to it ASAP

nope, were on an r180 4.375 and u-joint axles. We did also run 225 R-compound tires for autox and was launching the car and no issues whatsoever.
  20. ive got a set of front CF ZG flares from max, since he only used the rear ZGs on his 240sx, call me tomorrow and ill be sure to ask him how much he wants for the front pair.

508whp later and still no broken axles... yet
  22. if you have a tuner with the datalogit program then go with power fc. It is a full standalone it just uses stock harness for all the sensors unlike the Tec systems.
  23. we didnt do that swap. That swap was done by the guys at Zfever
  24. might have been more efficient to have moved the radiator back and then bring the intercooler to the inside of the engine bay so that you dont have such a long hot pipe.
  25. 1989 240sx KA24E alternator will fit, just need to bore open the top part where the alternator bolts to the adjusting bracket.
