  1. Stock driveshaft was cut down to spec with all new joints.
  2. you will definitely need to shorten the driveshaft, and the 240sx radiator wont be useful since its too wide for the Z engine bay. Aluminum radiators are all over the place on summit and ebay for around $200 so it shouldnt be too big a deal.
  3. its ok when i was 15 before i started driving my first z, my parents had to come pick me up and they were in the Red 240z that came out in Super Street 3years ago. Well story is, they put me in the back hatch area laying down while my dad was cornering hard and laughing his ass off...

  5. for the sr20 swaps, the engine sits behind the front crossmember. Almost even gives you enough clearance for those big greddy oil pans (at that point just need to notch the crossmember). The sr20 initial cost is a bit cheaper than the rb25 as well as aftermarket parts. Because of the rb coming from a "skyline" the parts tend to be more expensive. Some parts for the SR20 you can get from the B13 sentra SE-R if you are going to rebuild a motor (i.e. bearings and such)
  6. all that in 3 months time is pretty damn good... have you decided on getting new wheels or sticking with those?
  7. we are using the SSautochrome top-mount manifold on our SR240z car and previously had the bottom mount manifold when we were making 355whp. At 510whp and lots of abuse time the manifold holds up fine and have never had an issue with their manifolds.

  9. if it had a stock l24 and trans would it even matter at that point? i really doubt anyone would keep a stock l24 and trans with that style of body. If it was close to me i would love to check it out, it would be a fun project

  12. when i try to start the game it says: The procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll I have that .dll file in the directory and everything, so i dont get what to do now. I also installed the 1.1 patch update.
  13. the hood in the picture is not flexing, it is lifting because the hood pins were not holding it down tight enough at high speeds... Since we have our hood vented because of the V-mount intercooler we havent had that problem since. The hood on our car is one of the first from Classic datsun about 3-4 years back. The raceonusa hoods do not bow or flex at all, we have them on a few of our customer cars and austins car in the previous picture (blue z with wats)

  16. yes, stock intake manifold and exhaust manifolds will work as well
  17. If this isnt our setup, then my bad but look at the cooling plate, bov placement, intercooler piping setup.
  18. I dont think he had the exact same engine setup and radiator/intercooler plate like we did though. the intercooler piping is also identical to our old setup, BOV and all.
  19. hahaha thats our exact engine setup before we went to the bigger turbo, im pretty sure they got those pics from after our magazine show. Jadatoys told us they were going to be making a 240z diecast with sr20det but we never saw anything so we figured it wasnt going to come out. This is rad!!!
  20. that swap was completed in 2003 from the honda-tech.com guys... we will be doing an s2k powered 510 pretty soon, customer is just waiting to find a donor shell for us to swap the motor into.
  21. Are you going to be putting an LSD in the unit? If you are going to, get a powerbrute LSD unit LM055L is the Part Number and then get the custom input stubs made by JohnC and you have a 4.11 R180 LSD.
  22. That depends on your suspension setup and the kind of tire you are putting the power down with. On our 510whp 240z, when we went to autox with it on the 225/45/16 Advan A048 R Compound tires, i was bouncing off the rev limiter in 2nd every time i mashed on it from breaking traction.
