  1. I have ls1 edit. Yes you can turn off the rear 02's Also can do just about anything else with it. Infinite ways to screw up the car. I removed the VATS, skip shift, rear 02's and what ever remaining emmisions there were left. You can also change the rev limiter settings and remove the top speed limiter. The tuning options are mind boggeling for me so I'll pay some one to do that once I get to that point. Mark
  2. I'm 6'4" and I can fit in a 280 fine with the seat back and tilted back a good bit.
  3. I've got a new one in the box, never used I bought for my t-56n but never got around to putting it in. Did'nt want to buy a new clutch set up. I'll let it go for cheaper than you can buy a new one. Mark

  5. I'm thinking of using the Meziere electric race water pump. It does not have a pulley to allow stock routing of the belt. I'll be using the power steering pump and the alternator as the only accesories. I need an idler pulley in there some where. The Meziere pump does not have the boss to mount the stock idler pulley. Any suggestions? I'll be calling street and performance in the morning but was looking for an inexpensive solution with stock parts. This is a track only car. Thanks Mark
  6. DO you have a return line? If yes I have an idea.
  7. Start it with the cold start valve connected and then disconnect it. Are the plugs good? How old is the gas in the tank. Fuel filter good?
  8. Welcome Harry Gooper, sorry it was too funny. Try to disconnect the cold start valve and see what happens. If the fuel pressure is not bleeding down it is doubtful you have a leaking injector. Also try cleaning all your electrical connectors on the sensors and the computer. Use some electrical connector cleaner in the spray can.
  9. My vote is for the slave or master cylinder. Car sat for 5 days, fluid leaks, clutch will not fully disengage and car will not shift right. Check the fire wall for fluid leaking from the clutch master down the inside of the fire wall. I usually replace the slave and the master at the same time. Also check to make sure the fork is seated. If you pulled it out you need to put it back in place first. Good luck. Mark
  10. Congrats, Now that is a great investment!
  11. You will also need a second fuel pump to fill the surge tank. Low pressure carb type. Mount it anywhere. Then put the surge tank up higher than the efi pump and gravity is your friend. Mark
