  1. Here in Denver we have one those "trouble shooters" on one of the local news channels. Check out your local news stations, one or two must have someone who can help.
  2. First, congrats on the "daddy" news! It is a great/super/awesome feeling! I have two young sons, well 3 and 7 years old. As for your Z, it looks fabulous. Good luck on getting the Z done over christmas break. Also, I wish you and "mommy" good luck with the baby.
  3. These guys are the gurus of the 2.3 ford performance. http://www.esslingeracing.com
  4. I would have to guess the C4 will be the next to go, with 600 hp!
  5. Very nice install, simple and clean! Congrats on having the skills for such a swap at such a young age!
  6. Unless someone offers you some $ for it, I would clean it up and keep it. What a great conversation piece.
  7. I thought this would generate more interest than it has, oh well.
  8. I still wish I knew who harassed him in the first place. I do have an idea who it was, as I remember some arguminative posts between Ernie and another member. I wish he would not have deleted his posts though, although new tech is exciting, old school tech definitely has it's own place as well. Old tech is better than no tech, when you don't know much about body/paint work. Myself included. Maybe we all should start a "request to come back Ernie" sort of petition thingy. Any interest? Jason
  9. HI, and welcome to HybridZ! As for the Olds swap, it's a decent motor. Just type oldsmobile v8 into the search feature here on this site and you should find many answers to your questions. Good luck!
  10. To make a ford run , you gotta use LS1 GM heads! I can't believe the heads will fit.
  11. You might want to also check that you do not have any vaccum leaks. Check intake flange area, carb mounting, power brake system, etc. Good luck!
  12. Check out this link http://www.motorpasion.com/2006/09/22-1960-vespa-prostreet-custom-hot-rod-microcar

  19. Gasoline + matches + his shop..............LOL just kidding!
  20. While the Ford 9" is an awesome piece and the aftermarket support is better, The Dana is a great deal stronger. The Ford has a 9" ring gear, (duh) and the Dana has a 10" or 10.5" gear. The Dana is heavier and probably overill for a Z, but if you can get a deal already set up for a 4 link, go for it. The dana also has tree trunk sized axles.
