    thats nice. i was thinking about making mounts really just like oem ones but moving them back inline with the mounting position on the trans. as it stands now the mounts are about 6 inches forward of where the mount is on the bottom of the trans. that much weight with 6 inches of leverage at a 90 degree angle =flex with the mckinney ones. they have a little gusset on one part but you cant really gusset the straight back part... unless you dont need an exhaust

    btw i think im gonna have to make a new front differential mount (ttt currently) and a new trasmission bracket (mckinney currently). i should have just made all my own mounts and stuff. maybe i am overdoing all this but at least it will be right. the mckinney sags like craZy when weighted by the trans.

    wouldnt you be drawing alot of circles or did you mark the cardboard and the laser so you could tell what position it was in.

    i have a miller digital elite too and i love it. a bit pricy but so is argon. i have had about 4 other auto darkening helmets and they cant hold a candle to this one. like all the adjustments and modes and the headband isnt a total piece of crap like most others are. it is expensive but i dont regret it at all.

    ok i am giving up on these lasers. it would work well if you can get them true. mine is out about the size of a tennis ball.

    haha i know that... couldnt be a wrist pin could it? i doubt it would use a snap ring that looked like that... did this thing run? well i take that back wrist pins dont have oil galley like that i dont think.

    by the way i would never buy a fragola hose end ever again. i have 8 of their 8 an 90 degree fittings and every single one of them leaks. none of the aeroquips leak. (these are for teflon hose) @ 40 bux each they can go to hell.

    this is making my head hurt. i am messing with the lasers but thats not working out too well. currently my transmission is sitting at a 86.5 degree and my rear end is sitting at 88.5 but the rear is pointed downward so i need to move them both to 90 i am thinking.

    yea i got his kit too, just waiting on some axles and backing plates.. should be ready any day now.

    good luck getting ahold of ross at MM... might use techno toy tuning if you cant get ahold of them.

    i dont mind a big tip but it looks kinda funky with such a small canister (N1, and he others) the dragger has a little more canister.

    on mine (mckinney) they say run 6 on street and 7 in auto cross... i put 6 in it and it came to the bottom of the H mark on the stick. once i got it cranked and oil filled up in all the hoses the 6qts hits dead center on the middle of the oem dipstick in the rear passage.

    i have 6 quarts in mine currently. i will take a pic of where it sits on the dipstick for ya. i did move my stick the the rear. *chuckle*

    well its slowly coming along, waiting on the ems and suspension. then gotta do the drive shaft and wheels. It will be moving slowly now the the money has vanished. here are some intercooler pics.

    well i guess the level that would read on the oem dipstick would be correct, just the volume would change maybe. if that makes sense
