Some new 510 Wagon Project pics

Here is the latest pics on the wagon project...

 

BMW projectors installed, HID's installed, engine bay wiring complete,

 

Still need the bumpers, misc trim, interior...etc... still have quite a bit left to do... but its finally coming together..

Thanks for the comments guys... I think its actually turning out better than I had visioned it... so far..

 

The only problem is, after I finish up the wagon... is starting back up on the Z :D

Never have time for doing....well, doing nothing :D

Actually they are Hoshino Impul 2 piece wheels..

Yes there is...and with that said....I am going to look at a 69 Wagon this weekend that is in a barn 2 hours away from me. I will take pics and post this weekend.

 

This wagon is looking great....keep it up.

Cool.... its been a fun project so far... the rest of the glass went in today... and finished up the undercoating..

 

I'll try to help with what I have learned so far...

well that second photo answered two questions my kid had...

 

"Yes, the SSS Induction system will fit in my 1970 Wagon."

 

"Yes, the throttle quadrant can be installed without breaking up the stock throttle setup on the manifold."

 

Now a question from dad: Where did you get the throttle quadrant you used on that setup? And could you sent me a couple of detailed photos of how you got that quadrant to fit???

Still on it...

Headliner is in...

dash is in..

soundproofing is almost complete...

carpet to be ordered...

waiting on a few parts before I can start it up again.

 

Have to make a trip to pick up some front seats so I can get the measurements on building the console.

 

Coated one of the bumpers the gunmetal color... didn't like it so they are off to be rechromed.
