  1. If there isn't any more noticable rust, that means that other areas of the roof are fine. If you try to redo the WHOLE roof, there is a chance that you will cause more rust problems down the road. If there is any more rust that hasn't presented it self, then you just repeat what I said before again. And if you want to go ahead and redo the whole roof then go ahead, yo see how difficult it is to even the roof.
  2. You can do it, but you would have to weld scaffolding to keep the frame straight when you cut.
  3. I would only sand down only that spot untill you hit some clean metal. Then spray it with some por15 and then bondo/repair it. Redoing the whole roof because of one spot is a waste of time (trust me, I know )

  8. What size FMIC are you guys running? I just got mine and its smaller than I thought it was going to be. I haven't measured it, but if I had to guess, its 24"x36"x2.5". should I get a bigger one? EDIT: after measuring its 12x17x3
  9. After weeks of waiting, I finally got my intercooler. Its smaller than I expected, but for only $75, I can't really complain. I was thinking of selling it and buying a bigger one. Should I? I was planning on running a t3/t4 on my KA swap.

  14. Thats not "that" bad IMO. Mine, the WHOLE floor was pretty much gone, along with half the firewall. All you need to do is get some 1"x2.5" sqr tubing and replace the SFC, then replace the strip of floor with sheet metal. Never cut TOO MUCH . thats what I did

  18. I don't see how they can "misplace" a box as big as it is (diesel fmic) and as light as it is, its not light someone didn't want to move it because it was too heavy. I'll change my previous statement and say that I will demand DHL. I use to work for a Apple comp franchise that did warranty repairs. Apple would send repair parts through DHL and actual merchandise through UPS. Never lost a part DHL. Couple of computers were "misplaced" for a while
  19. I ordered a fmic on the 17th and its still not here. status says, expect package for mailing and its been like that this whole time. I've been in touch with the seller regularly and she's been trying to find where the package is in the snail mail system. USPS even contacted me, so I know I'm not getting screwed by the seller. Seller has even emailed me a scan of the receipt. Anything I buy from now on, I'm demanding UPS.
  20. I would take a multi meter to a injector connection just to be sure.
  21. Really? From hacking my 280z, it doesn't seem that hard to convert. just flip and rebuild the rack and drill and weld mounting bolts for the steering column. Then welding mounts for the pedals. After typing it out, it might be a little harder than I though . Plus sourcing a rhd dash would be a PITA.
  22. Check your AFM, TPS and sensor connections. The ecu goes into limp mode when it gets a bad signal from a sensor.
