I got mine from the Z store for $40 they have clear or smoke. 800-663-6331

I got my 2+2 for $200. changed the filters, oil and plugs and drove it home 320 miles with no issues even on the old tires. Sounds like the 1 you are looking at is in the same condition. Seems that the 2+2 doesn't bring the same money as the 2 seaters. Shame, they really drive awesome. Alot smoother, not quite as sporty but still a Z. As far as what it's worth. As much as you are willing to give and as little as he is willing to take. As with anything used.

Need quick answer on z31 hubs
TONY C replied to ezzzzzzz's topic in Brakes, Wheels, Suspension and Chassis
I got mine from an 87 non turbo. I think all the z31 will work tho. But the 88 or 89 turbo uses slip on rotors instead of the bolt ons. I am pretty sure they will still work. Now we got to get someone to make the spacer between the rotor and hub. From what I measured looks like it will need to be 1 3/8" thick -
I am running supra injectors and used the stock replacement "O" rings for the supra. I had my JSK fuel rail drilled out for "o" rings but I see no problem running them with a hose and clamp. I would not try to slip the hose over an "o" ring. just get rid of it and use injection clamps instead of the cheapos

I have had a couple sets of steering brakes on some sand rails in the past. they sell them in single or double lever type. Definately want the single handle. they work excellent! no reason they could not be used on a "Z". Bugpac, CNC, and Neal I have used. the CNC are nice but the Neal are the nicest. can get them with billit handles too. cost about $100 - 140 a set.

I have the 5 lug rotors, hubs and bearings from an 87 Z31 just need the spacers for the rotors to hub. I seen Modern Motor Sports sells the whole kit but not just the spacers. anyone got a set to sell or can hook me up with someone that sells them or makes them? thanks for any help. ps. I did a search before asking.

got mine today. VERY NICE! thanks

HYbrid Z Search before posting Or die That is Great. this is the kind of garbage that I am talking about. And that's the way this forum has been going. If you don't search or we feel like you didn't search than we are going to resurrect Hitler and send him to your house to strip you of your skin and make lamp shades of it. I would rather read a question that has been answered before than to read OVER and OVER "SEARCH YOU DOUCHE BAG" remember. all of you were newb's. and if someone or a group of someone's was a DICK to you when you got here. You probably would think that the whole croud is a bunch of A** holes and stay away. what ever happened to helping people? this is a Q & A forum Q&A does not stand for Question and Attitude. think about it.

I knew that there were some answers. and I hope no one is pissed at me for starting this. I just wanted to shed some light on this. I totally understand all the coments and I hope some of the newbs that are looking around find this thread. Maybe it will keep them from wasting our time, or leaving before they become valuable members. NO DOUBT. this the best forum on the net! Just so happens to be about "Z" cars. that makes me happy. Everyone have a great day. peace. tc.

perfect. I knew when I started this that I would get alot of flack for it. That is OK. I can handle it. Just for the record. I am not aggrevated because someone told me to "SEARCH". This hasn't happened to me, YET. I am a reader and have no problem using the search feature on this forum and I agree that it works very well. In no way could I be an Admin. I am not patient enough for that. I am on a few other forums. mostly auto related. HybridZ.org has the best info out there. Hands down. what I have seen tho. sometimes people are too course to the newbs. I mean, they are going to get it soon. And hopefully, 1 day, some of them will come up with some crazy off the wall, out of the box trix that will bring our rides to the next level. And if we shine them off by being a dick, and not being helpful to them they will probably take the info/ideas that they have come up with somewhere else. I don't want that. sometimes NOT knowing all the info is what leads to something new and Hot. I can speek from experiance on this, that I have made a few mods on my ride that I have not seen anywhere else. However I have not posted any info about them because I feel that sometimes this site seems to "know it all". So I post it elsewhere. Where I feel that people are more kind to All the members. Not just a select crew. If we were at a car show and someone comes up to you and asks about something on your ride and you blurt out "SEARCH". Do you really think that you will get anything positive from them in the future? NO. and when they do figure it out or, God forbid, improve on something. They will not share it with you. Same thing here. This is the Mother of all Z car shows. Why not treat people like they are standing rite in front of you and not on the other end of a cable modum. Have you ever read a book that made you start reading it all over again after you finished. Same thing here. And if you don't want to read it again. Don't. Same thing here. All I am saying is that we want and need new members because no matter what you think, it has not all been done B4. Reading info from the same people gets boring and we will not get any new people giving info if we shine them off.

I have read soooo many posts that are saying "search". what can't you read? don't you know how to search? that topic has been covered b4. and you should know that.. Some of you guys are so into giving people a hard time about the "SEARCH" than actually helping them. Doesn't make newbs feel welcome. And just because it has been discussed B4 doesn't mean that new light can't be shined on the subject. I thought this site was about "Z" cars.? Check out the "new posts" alot or most are not even about our cars.mmmm WHY! because you waste soo much time bitching that no one wants to start something that might have been discussed 1 time B4 I mean really. I would rather read a new thread with some new light shined on it about an old subject than see pics of your girl friend. I got my own woman. I don't need to see yours. this site is getting more "clickish" all the time. you got the guys that regularly post, and as soon as they see someone post a question that has been asked B4. !SEARCH YOU JERKWAD!!! I mean if you really R a know it all than answer the Q. or post a link to the answer. now that I have your attention. I hope that I have wasted some of your time like you have wasted mine. sux don't it? best thing to do is if you don't have anything nice or helpful to say that don't say anything. the thread will die and it's over. or just add 75 posts that say !SEARCH! that's helpful. I love this site! there is soo much info here that a simple search will not give you all your options. I know it's a pain to rehash the same things over and over. but what really is the reason for this site? It's not for the select few. It's for everyone and if you don't make the newbs feel comfortable than the site dies with the elders and their geritol

I am a Suzuki guy the first is my TLr lots of hidden mods the second is a Bandit 1200 I got wrecked and went naked with it anyone know what my 3rd pic is. pretty rare. check out the engine Give it up to auxilary. He knows what an re5 is. I actually have 3 of these bikes. 2 completes and 1 parts bike. given that only 3000 came to the states, that puts me with 10% of the US population. these are just a few of my 2 wheeled machines. SOUL? if I want soul, I know a great BBQ smoker with a produce stand that has the coldest watermellon ever. Now that is SOUL. course, every Harley I have ever ridden rides like a BBQ rib, with sauce all over it, so I can see where you are coming from. now I'm hungry. I guess I'll get my non soulfull TL out and go down to Henry's for lunch. Just ribbing you. HaHa

AWESOME!! I have been trying to have my guy make me 1 for a couple months. he says, aww that's easy. Well if it is easy than Make It! now I don't have to deal with him on this. thanks $ sent.
-
I never really understood a Harley. I mean why would you want to spend a truck load of money to build something that will not touch a factory Jap bike? I have a TL1000R so I understand wanting a V twin that is fast. But I also want a bike that handles and stops too. Harleys are none of those. I admit. Harley's are pretty. But I like to ride too. not just look at it. not trying to step on toes. just my .02$

when I built my MSII the directions said to lightly scrub with a tooth brush and 99% isopropyl alcohol not the 70% version or acetone. I would use the isopropyl alcohol. I don't think it will melt anything like the acetone might

WOW!! very nice. I got me 75 with 73000 on it a few years ago. looks alot better with the new wheels but really needs to be lower IMO. great find
-
I am not sure about your pully idea. sounds simple but probably will not be. I am running MsII and edis. I ordered a 36-1 wheel off ebay. $35. real nice thin very light chrome piece. centered it up on the crank balancer drilled and tapped 3 small holes, 1/4" spacer behind the trigger and bolted it to the balancer. made a bracket for the pick up to bolt up to the a/c bolt holes. some very simple wiring and done. works awesome and makes more room without the distributor. looks cool too. if you are interested pm me and I will send a few pics. also I have most of the edis stuff and plug wires to do it again if you are interested. peace

Trailer Hubs To Fit Front S30 5 Lug
TONY C replied to TONY C's topic in Brakes, Wheels, Suspension and Chassis
I was thinking about the rotor. since we'll be using 5x4.5 bolt patern then how about a slip on rotor? Ford has plenty different offsets and diameters to chose from, like taurus, exploder I mean explorer, mustang, ranger, etc. or rx7 slip ons. I'm sure there is alot more. seems like alot of new cars like Scion [i think] has that bolt patern as well also I am not talking about some cheapo low grade hubs. some of what I have looked at have the same bearing diameters and 1700 to 2000 load rating. Some are even stainless but I question that. Making brackets to offset calipers is fairly easy and talked about plenty I am just thinking .probably just wishful thinking. that there has to be a hub out there that will swap rite on. maybe have to get a different seal or a small adjustment to spmething. what do you think? -
Trailer Hubs To Fit Front S30 5 Lug
TONY C replied to TONY C's topic in Brakes, Wheels, Suspension and Chassis
No I don't talk in all caps. well not all the time. mostly I am very excited and use alot of Cool! Awesome! Rite On. Sweet! Nice.. I ride or drive the stretch of 129 known as the "Dragon" a couple times a week and have for the past 19 years. it is an awesome place and the reason I moved here so long ago. If anyone from this forum ever comes here they should look me up. I have made thousands of passes and am very firmilliar with the road and surrounding area. now is the wrong time of year to visit. too many patrol cars rite now to have a fun time and WAY too many visitors, mostly inexperianced, making it a very dangerous place this time of year. so is it OK to start a new thread about trailer hubs now??? -

Centerline autodrags on an S30?
TONY C replied to Z24O's topic in Brakes, Wheels, Suspension and Chassis
Do Not Deal With This Guy!!!! He Will Run You To Death, Tell You He Is Serious About Buying Your Wheels, Make You Remove The Tires And Pack Them Up For Shipping And Then Back Out. This Guy Also Bitches About Shipping Charges Even When You Only Charge What The Post Office Quotes. Sent Him Multiple Pics!! Moved My Fronts To The Rear And Took Pics. Measured Every Posible Way. Even Told Him That If He Did Not Want Them It Was Fine But Not To Make Me Remove Them, Take The Tires Off And Pack Them Up And Then Back Out. Guess What He Did? Exactly What I Asked Him Not To Do. Jerk! Do Not Trust Him!! You Will Be Sad If You Do.
