  1. I also know a guy here that is selling a US spec R32 GRT skyline RHD... Of course hes asking $50k!!!
  2. With the clear integrated in is called single stage. Dual stage is base then clear. There is even 3 stages as well.
  3. Your running the LT1 alt which has an internal regulator. That said go ahead and gut that external one. The reason it runs better with the exhaust is now your O2 sensors are being used. Running open no sensors...
  4. Cleap up those welds and it would be really nice.
  5. yeah the vette swap is not easy and can get quite expensive. The r200 swap is bolt in and you can even do rear disk swap for real cheap if you have access to a good jy or two.
  6. Sounds like you inhaled that ghost you were chasing.
  7. http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/92900-widebody-1971-240z-v8/page__hl__imsa__st__20
  8. I got my LT1 with 80k on in off of Craigslist for $500.
  9. Make sure your harness wires are not reversed. In mine I had the tach/speedo swapped (off by 1 pin).
  10. I'm installing my Kia ones today, I got the 2 door seals and the maxima caliper brakes at a pick n pull for a grand total of $9.15!!!
  11. To get the length of belt use a piece of string. Wrap it around just like the belt and then cut it. Take that length to autozone and tell them you need a belt xx long. As for the gauges I'm going with Glowshift. Very nice gauges for low(ish)price.
  12. yup its very helpfull at times, I run 10.10, dont care for 11.04
  13. You can get the internals for the T5 to make it almost bullet proof. I believe they use cobra internals.
  14. On the 280z its the yellow one with the bullet connector. I have a bad sensor even though its new. I even tried using an aftermarket gauge and still nothing. I'll be upgrading to a glowshift one soon.
  15. I agree with RTz LT1 with alum heads, and make it a WC BWT5 for even less weight compared to the heavy t56.
  16. Is it just me or does the xxr website not have these in 17x10 in a 4 lug pattern?
  17. Yes he did, in person its even nicer.
  18. This is how it looked before i notched the frame. I'll get another one for you as well.
  19. I went with the WC T-5 since it was really cheap compared to the t56. (spent $250 for mine with new clutch and flywheel off of cl, compared to a T56 on CL for $1200 without the extras). I'm pushing close to 310hp/340tq and have had no issues with it all. For the T5 you have to trim the shifter hole a tad on the drivers side, but not much.
  20. Yeah I did, when I get access to a welder I will be patching it in and the re-inforcing it. I'll see if I have a pic of it for ya. I ended up getting the big pulley by accident.
  21. This past weekend I just cut the stock springs, 3 coils all around. (Hotwheels emblem is photochopped) Before After
