  1. i stopped counting. it'll make me feel worse if i add it up. driveshaft was about 300 bucks, everything new made from scratch
  2. grab pliers, find the edge where the tab was, and pull. it's literally like opening a can of sardines, or pack of smokes. actually, don't pull, but twist it around the perimeter of the can, like the sardine can tab.
  3. yeah, you can shoot standing up. they're relatively lax on the rules. just stand behind red line when they call cease fire, and don't touch anything on the bench until they clear the are safe to fire again
  4. never been to the coyote point range. I usually go to metcalf in san jose (county field sports park)
  5. no, custom made driveshaft, new yokes, new input shaft. had driveline specialties make one
  6. yeah, i go to irvington arms quite often, the owner, mac, (posts as bigmac on calguns.net) is very cool. call'em up first and see if they have it in stock, of course. check yp.yahoo.com for phone #

  11. nope, it's a 7.62x54R (rimmed) don't buy ammo at big5, it's $12-14 for 20 rounds. http://www.aimsurplus.com/acatalog/Hungarian_7.62x54RH_147grn_Light_Ball.html I use these hungarian lightball 147grn mil surp ammo. Keep in mind, any milsurp ammo you use on these is likely corrosive, so you'll need to clean your rifle same day so rust doesn't start forming. of course,y ou can also buy non-corrosive aftermarket ammo: http://www.aimsurplus.com/acatalog/Brown_Bear_7.62x54R_185grn_FMJ.html Irvington Arms in Fremont usually carries milsurp tin can ammo if you're looking to go the cheaper route - about 3.50/box of 20
  12. it's time to .... UNPIMP ZE AUTO!
  13. you compared 14 to 15", and the way you phrased it, you wanted to go to stock size, ie. 205/60/15. 205/70/14 is the overall equivalent diameter of 205/60/15. the middle number is a ratio of sidewall height to overall tire width. ie. 205mm sectional width, 60% of that is sidewall height, 15" rim.
  14. left foot braking is common in racing, because you can maintain throttle and braking at the same time
  15. liquid methane? oh damn, I'm gonna eat bran muffins and power my car
  16. lol, never thought tiny twin turbos would generate so much interest
  17. there's no need for flaming or to compare products of 2 companies, which presidents of are both on this forum I have both MMS and TTT products on my car (rear disk brackets, tc rods) and both are well made. Both companies are relatively quick and responsive, and are corrective in terms of any issues. I give kudos to both, and glad to have them on hybridz
  18. that reminds me, you still owe me for the RT mount, the springs, and the clutch master haha! regarding the turbos, they're spoken for already. If the person passes, I'll go to the next one.
  19. unless you guys want to pay about 50-60 bucks for shipping.... lol
