  1. Mike has the TTT rearend setup with z32 arizona z brakes. That make change the track width on his car. I'd double check your track width with your intended brakes.
  2. What are peoples thoughts comparing the koni 8610 vs the Tokico HTS112 for Mid 300lb spring rates? They are near the same cost. Which is prefered?
  3. On my car I've reworked the floorpan to be flat with the rocker panel. The frame rails are above this point and intrude into the footwell. Does anyone have pictures of raising the rear control arm mounting points and differential?

  5. Street tire for street tire. I'm looking at the HTR Z III. Just trying to pick the proper tire size for my wheels. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.jsp?make=Sumitomo&model=HTR+Z+III&partnum=74YR7HTRZ3&vehicleSearch=false&fromCompare1=yes&place=4 Justin
  6. On this topic, I have a set of 17X9.5" rota's from the group buy. For street tires, would my car handle better with a 255/40 or 275/40 (tread width is 9.1" and 9.8" respectively)? Justin
  7. Warning Cell Phone Pictures at Night... They do clear the Yota S12+8 calipers with room to spare
  8. They look great. They are WIDE. The lip is 3" the wheels look really deep because the way the spokes curve out from the center. Great work organizing this. The bronze finish is kinda brownish silver. Its really close to this: I'll get pictures tonight when I get home. I'll bolt them on the car just to show what they look like. Justin
  9. You should be fine I'd think. Check out this 295/50-16 (27.6" diameter):
  10. Doesn't have wipers either. This is a fair weather toy...
  11. Great Work! What front suspension did you put on the car? What is this car's general overview build wise? Justin
  12. Alright, I'm going to order the 275/40-17 HTR-Z III front and rear. Justin
  13. So what is the consensus of tire size that will fit under standard ZG flares? I'm doing 9.5" front and rear. Myron test fit his 255/40-17 w/ 9.5" up front and said it fit. Could I go to a 275/40-17 tire up front under standard zg's??? Could one of you guys with the 275/40-17 on the rear mount in on the front? I just want to see what I'm getting into before I buy tires and flares. 275/40-17 fit in the rear correct?
  14. Out of this list, coming in at under $160 a tire, which would you choose? I'm leaning towards the Ecsta MX right now. http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/searchTiresBySize.do?cs=275&rd=17&ar=40
  15. Bishop Lamont is going to be big... Check out his song Grow Up.
  16. I have a little time to start welding in the plate to narrow the rocker. This will give me more room and place the cage further out. I hope this extra 1.25" per side will help make my ride safer. Once I finish both sides, I will start on the floor section of the cage. Also, I started filling in the marker lights holes.
  17. If I could get 40k miles out of the Falkens, I'd go that route... Justin
  18. I'd say its time to tie down the front end to limit travel, along with some sort of timing retard box to help you get moving. Please guys make it work!!!!!!!!!!
  19. I just found this link. Since the shipping is free they are a better deal then tire rack http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/home.do S.Drive $142 (Seem like the most conservative of the group) Kumho MX $ 149 (Sounds like a great value) Falken RT $154 (Worried about quick wear) GS-D3 $222 (Worth the money?) Justin
  20. My List Right Now is Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 $228 / delievered Kumho Ecsta MX $165 / tire delievered Falken RT-615 $179 / tire delievered Yoko S.Drive $142 / tire delievered Help Me Decide!!!!
  21. So my plan is to initially do 275/40-17 all around. Once the 2JZ's in I'm going to put a ET Street 295/45-17 on the back I can't wait to get my set of 9.5" all around
  22. What tires do you run on your street Z? I'm looking for a 275/40-17. I was thinking of getting a Falken Azenis R-615's. http://www.falkentire.com/xhtml/tires.php?category=2
