    Hmmm...took the words right out of my mouth. Maybe if the center was dull, or a color with the polished lip it would be good, but it looks a bit too Bling Bling for my liking....but then its your car, and never know, might look good when mounted...

    I tried really hard to phrase my question in such a way that it wouldn't be, but I guess it is inevitable. I guess my question is (not being an American, and having only a cursory understanding of the Constitution), but isn't the "Right to Bear Arms" overriding, and would supercede any local laws? Let's not get into whether gun control is good or bad, but I am curious as to the validity of such a local regulation.....

    I too am an Environmental engineer. The CA clean water act requires all businesses that have Haz mat/waste on their floors to use a catch tank and have the rinse water appropriately disposed of.....does that always happen? Doubtful. While I agree with everything in your statement above, I disagree with the Environmental agencies (esp. in CA) writing new laws/regs etc when if the existing ones were enforced correctly then there would be no need for the new ones.....

    Every SBC prior to the LS1 will mount with the kit, incl. the LT1/4. The LS based engines are a completely different animal altogether.....

    I don't have a problem with his handle...if it hurts someone's feelings, then they need to get thicker skin. He is not personally attacking anyone, so I think its fair game.....

    HAve a look at the link to the classifieds ad, all the info is there. 2000 SAAB: Amethyst violet metallic. Looks black in the shade and dark metallic violet in direct sunlight....really deep.
