  7. David.....I know what you mean.....we have one child, but any more seem to be ellusive....been there done that....but have now given up and are happy with the one we have!! Good luck to you...... seen my share of plastic cups....I must admit that the old fashioned way is more fun, but whatever it takes...... Good things are bound to come your way.......hopefully mother nature will cooperate! Merry Xmas!!! Tim
  8. I have been dragging a$$ on this, and for that I appologize!! The last quarter of the year is very very hectic for me (pigging pipelines)....anyways, I will have a new batch made up the first week of January. I am also working on another round of T-shirts and maybe caps again. Having them all made up is an effort in of itself, but doing all the mailings is a job unto itself.....again, I usually tack on a couple of bucks to the shirts and caps to cover incidentals, whatever is not used goes to Dan for site expenses..... I will make a new post once things are ready to go....... Tim
  9. It really depends on what oil you use, but a rule of thumb is to keep tranny oil temps around 170-180 degree F, and engine oil to about 180-190, or a bit higher if you use synthetic, like Mobil One.....best to refer to manufacturers recommendations of the specific oil you plan to use....
  10. Don't go overly large on either, esp. the tranny cooler. Oil that is too cool is not a good thing. Run an oil temp gauge for engine oil and tranny fluid and keep them in optimum range....
  11. Once you have sub frame connectors installed you have all kinds of jack points
  12. Rubber line will work fine...otherwise there isn't any special tricks to them....just get ones that will fit...
  13. Is it the table kind with the wooden tracks...for the TtTE characters? I gave my kid that 2 years ago and he LOVED IT!!!!! This year I got my son this: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=90767

  15. No...cut out the entire floor and weld in new ones. Either purchase the floors as above, or just use some 18 gauge sheet like I did...see my site for pictures...while you're at it, weld in some subframe connectors..... http://tim240z.iwarp.com/photo3.html
  16. weld in new sheets of steel!

  21. Safety Clean is in the US also...at least California/Arizona/Nevada....
  22. Concentrated "Simple Green" works really well. Another product that works well is "Oil Eater" which I have bought before from Costco. It smells really harsh though, although it does claim to be environmentally friendly....
