I think thats a good buy... they are relisted again, and didn't sell before, so you may pick them up for the opening price. I'd go for it if I were looking for new 720's again... Thats what I'm using.

Would this set up work for a retro fit into some 7" round projector lights? These are off the BMW e46. Think there worth $3-4 hundred?

Bummer.... I downloaded the video and using Windows MP9, all I get is sound. I followed oinojo's advice and went to the site he linked to, to download the codec, but they no longer support MP9. I even downloaded http://avicodec.duby.info/ and still no luck. Can anyone help this computer idiot with a fix, so I can watch this video?? All I get is sound...

If you look at the pic you posted above, you'll see the only long nose diff, (the one all the way to the left)

I think you will be sorry you went 3mm over bore on a turbo motor.... I cracked two different F54 blocks (cyl walls) trying to go 120 thou oversize. You have to find the perfect block to make that happen w/o the cyl walls being to thin once over bored that much....

No, I haven't ran either one of them. I know the 4:11 has aprox .004 B/L. If it stays that way after the switch, I'll have a nice tight 4:11 lsd... I also have: 2- R230 Z32TT vlsd's 2- R200 88ss 3:7 vlsd's 1- R200 89 3:7 clsd 1- R200 short nose 4:3 vlsd 1- R200 Z32 vlsd carrier Can you tell I'm a ebay junkie...

Right now with the diff drained of all gear oil, it feels like alot more than the .006 I measured. I can hold the nose/driveshaft flange, and move the r&p back and forth, and it makes a pretty good clanking sound from the backlash. Will this amount make for a noisey diff on accel/decel? What is the max backlash before you'd consider it to be to noisey?
