Well your alot farther along than I am.... both of my 6spds are still standing at attention in the corner of my shop. I will most likely wait until I have the RB26 with the RB25 trans up and running before I try the 350z swap. Hopefully someone else will have done the leg work with all the little hang ups, before I'm ready to tackle the swap.... BTW, awsome job on the RX7/VQ/350z merger.... joel

I owned a 91TT for awhile, and know a little bit about them, but didn't think they ever came as a TT in a 2+2 model....

You know, I got into the habit of slowing down while approching any intersection I have the green light to go thru. That exact senerio plays out countless times every day. Maybe not that severe, but it happens... Did you notice the PT crusier didn't even touch her brakes (watch breaklights) untill moment of impact.... DUH!, coming up on a 4 way intersection, with cars stoped all around.... HELLO.....

HaHaHa..... then he drives around and picks on some thing he can beat, proly a 4 banger.... He's way out of his league racing a Supra for top end power.... He'd of had a much closer run in the lower speed range I think....

Kenny, I've had a set of those headlight covers like you have on your Z, put up for a long time now, not wanting to install them on my Z because of being affraid they won't fit as they "should". Question; how do you like the fit? and did they go on without to many f-ing curse words being used....

Just make dang sure you don't get to much in a hurry to touch/re-install any parts, or panels. I made that mistake after towing home my freshly painted Tourch Red Z. I couldn't stand not getting started right away on putting everything back together, and ended up leaving finger print impressions in a part or two. Thats even after the whole painted car sat in the "paintbooth oven" to cure the paint. Just don't get to excited, and start working on it, untill the paint has hardened well enough..... Sounds like fun..... waiting on a new paint job.... don't forget the pics & good luck... !!

thats a great idea.... problem is, in 50 yrs, there won't be any gasoline to run all the acient autos.....

I'm not very versed on the 80 model 280z, but I find this hard to belive..... $5,000 to $8,000 maybe, because it appears to be clean, but being in Fla., I'd assume it's had its battle with rust, like any other gulf state z.... Hi Rick, that manifold looks very promissing. It looks almost like the SFP manifold with its large runners. Did you have it JetHot coated? looks sweet. Are you going to be using the James Thagard custom intake you have also? I'd like to see some shots of the wastegate mod you mentioned, bet that looks great also! Will you be able to take TimO for a ride? He said he'd be stoping by while in Fla. If so, don't scare him to bad... Lookin good!!! j
