  2. Trust me, it will go for more than I paid for mine. The last one went for over $300, but hey... maybe I'll have three before its all said and done...
  3. I've dome buisness with them (but never again) and I think he's a jackass...

  5. They look nice Rick, and you can't beat the price....
  6. The guy told me when I bought mine, that he had "several", so I will check into it. I'd buy another one just because it's a damm good deal....
  7. Thanks Dan, your last post did the trick for me also.... thanks again joel
  8. LOL... you ought to see it next to the reg N/A 5spd. It makes that one look like its on crack..... It is next to the RB25det trans in those pics, but it really isn't that much bigger over all than a Nissan T5 I recon... in other words, it'll fit in the tunnel I'm sure. I wish I had a pic of a 90-96 TT z32 trans to compare it to....
  9. I just received the 350z 6spd I bought for $250. I got it from a Nissan dealer in Texas that warrenteed several of these boxs after complaints of a slight grind in third gear when cold. I can always have the third gear syncro changed if I find it grinds, even after using a synthetic gear oil. I want to try and adapt this 6spd to my RB26 motor project I'm building right now. I already have the RB25det 5 spd that is needed for this swap, but I thought it would be cool to have the 6spd. The trans is much more stout than the RB box. The output shaft is massive. One other issue is that the shifter is 9.5" farther to the rear than the 5 spd Z trans, so I will have to make a custom center console. What do ya think???
  10. Yea, I also got a responce back from a email I sent him. These are the pics he sent me... I think they are nice for what they are...
  11. Two days later, the light bulb comes on.... doh no wonder he hasen't answered me... lol
  12. Looking good James!! I think we'll be one up on that Greddy $1,800 plenum they sell.... Now, to try a locate a Q45 85mm TB to stick on that puppy. That should allow the air flow in from the twin GT 25R's to fill up them cylinders...
  13. Hi Brad, I missed the pics also. Is there a chance you could email them to me so I can ponder what I'm going to do for a oil pan on my RB260. I am going to have James Thagard build mine up for me, but I'd like to see how you guys are making them also.. I have the file with the flange, to be laser cut, now all I need to do is get some ideas on the shape... thanks joel
  14. ** I just located the valve stem seal part #s >> 13207- H7210
  15. *Sorry this isn't ment to be a hyjack, just additional info to Ricks post; I ordered some oem seals from a old Datsun 4 banger that was refernced in the How To Build Your Nissan Motor book. They are real stout, with steel case, and I belive that viton material. I think it comes off a "A" series Datsun motor. I'd have to dig up the receipt from Courtesey Nissan...
  16. not sure if this sites PM is working, so I'll say it here>>> STONY I SENT YOU A PM
  17. Not sure if this is what you want to know, but here is a 80 N/A trans, and a 83 N/A trans. The one with the single sloted tab right by the rear oil seal is the 83. The one with two sloted tabs is the "early" 5 spd.
  18. I may be selling my alum DS I had made by InlandEmpire Driveline. It's mated up to my 83 n/a trans/78 R200 diff flange. I will keep your post if intrested for when I'm ready to sell (probably within 3 mo.) I have a driveshaft coming with my RB 5spd and HKS twin palte clutch/flywheel, so I may use that one.... PM me if intrested.... joel
  19. WOW James... that is going to look sweet, and work great too... THANKS Bud... joel

  21. I'm refering to the two members here that bought their turbo cam, and their car ran like sh*t, and when spec'd out, the lobes were ground to different specs. PM TimO or Turbo 240z and ask them about the TEP cam...
