  2. Post some pics please! I want to see the snow my ex in Barrie is dealing with...LOL! Yasin
  3. Sorry very incorrect statement....ALL 930 have the same wide backsides from 1975-1989 regardless of grey market or not. The only thing that makes a car grey market is not being legally sold here in the US, in the case of Porsches they will have "ZZZ" in their VIN for grey market, US sold cars have "WPO" in their VIN. Here is a fine 930 backside: Yasin
  4. Austin - That car in your picture is a 964 Turbo, produced from '91-'94, if the car you raced was in fact air cooled it could be a 993 3.6L motor, which was the last of the air cooled cars and a great engine, capable of 600hp stock. Was it a Twin Turbo? Pity you did not get some pics! Yasin
  5. That VIP car posted by Veritech is a mid '80s Toyota Crown SuperSaloon most of them came with the 5ME or 5MG-E engine. The MAXI is much older but same level of sick ass ole skooool....here is the Daddy....by the way a L28 turbo swap has been done a few times if you visit the big Maxima forum (I forget the URL). Yasin
  6. My question what is in the garage with the British plates? Yasin
  7. Thanks for the replies guys...I thought as much...bastards!
  8. Great kill Phil and Austin! Austin the 996 is the first series of Water Cooled 911 Porsches production was '98 to '06. They are the least loved of all 911 cars. And the one you raced probably looked like this (except my photo below is a Cabrio): Yasin
  9. The damage was estimated at alot less than a $1000 if you followed the thread by the Potty mouth's boyfriend. Yasin
  10. I have a brand new 20in*8in*3.5in core and its good for 450hp and I decided that its not enought IC for me so I just designed a new one that has a 24in*12in*3.5in core that will support 700hp. Both had 2.5" inlets and outlets. Hope that helps. Yasin
  11. I am doing a serious Turbo L6 build complete with JE custom pistons and a Diesel crank and I am NOT knife edging the crank. Not sure if that helps or not. Yasin
  12. Gang - Just venting I guess. I recently re-newed my plate stickers tags and on the weekend when I was washing my car, I noticed that someone had tried peeling it off and ripped a decent section off the new sticker. I was thinking which idiot would do that? I am sure if a cop was to run a plate they can tell if they have a current tag or expired? Seems stupid and pointless? What are you guys thoughts? Yasin
  13. At least the car cover will not blow away! Yasin
  14. I went on that RiceKiller website and there certainly are alot of big egos and attitude on there. That girl Krissi certainly has a potty mouth on there. Yasin
  15. Amazing...and it tracks perfectly straight too...so some nice chassis work must have gone into it. Beautiful vid. Yasin
  16. Excellent! Available in Pot Pourri scent for the ladies?
  17. 1 - No..well a little more onlt due to the fact that the lower collar on a coilover is not as wide in diameter as the stock lower spring perch. 2- If the roads in Kuwait are perfect (which I am betting they are)...I would go to 225# rear and 200# front..if you don't like that, you can experiment with different springs as for coilovers they are tyically all standard 2.5" diameter springs in 8" and 10" lengths and cost between $50-$75 each. Hope that help! Yasin
  18. Fantastic color...fantastic work...considering you and your friends did the work I am thoroughlly impressed. I have done lots of body shop work and can atest that it is "Hard Work", takes time and is true test of patience. Great color choice and the Konigs look sharp on it. Whoever said you killed a Datsun are idiots! More like you saved one! Congrats bro - hope to see you at MSA this year! Yasin
  19. Rob and the Gang - Well I spoke to Dr. James Thagard last night and while talking I pitched the fact that I have a perfect stock T3 off my L28ET and he was all for me trying it, so I figured why not? I have the turbo already (sitting collecting dust)...might be more laggy down low but will have a good power band all the way to 7000rpm. Thanks again to all for chiming in. Regards - Yasin
  20. sr20FORUM.COM IS AWESOME! Just signed up. Thanks for the link! I have a GT...a little quicker than the GTX but the GTX is fantastic in the snow - unstoppable in fact! My GT get 24mp/g in town and 26 on the highway...fun little car! Yasin
