Did you put the MM adapters on? Did you torque the stub axle nuts correctly? Check all the bolts to the axles too?

Why not look for a smith gauge from a standard XJ6?

I have one from my 73. It was crack free before the accident. Harness still intact. $100 plus shipping. I dont think shipping will be that much. If you want more pics let me know, I can show the damage.

I'm in the process of gutting a 280zx now, I'm amazed at how much room is behind the dash. If you want a track car, the weight savings would be tremendous especially if I went with a custom aluminum dash. I was happy to realize how simple everything is behind the dash. It is very easy to work on. To me much easier then my 73. It has been of great value doing this because I need to swap my Auto climate A/C to the standard a/c system. There is not much to the standard A/C. Good luck. The Dash itself comes out very easily.

I like it a lot. Now do it on a non- 2x2 car! I don't care for the way the headlight buckets were done. Leave them alone! Good luck w/ you build.

I should have a non-working clock from a 73 and a license plate light from a 73. I have the dash harness and fuse block harness but the rest is gone.

In the one video with the vacuum, I think the kid spouts off about "the big man" and how he isnt' going to do anything. I got the feeling that the father figure is not the biological father. It would explain his lack of fathering. I'm sure the mother has said hands off my kids.

Funny... i'm drawn to how many injuries it must have cost to get to that level of riding.

After watching all 7 videos I really think there is some severe emotional problems with him. That is simply not normal. Though the truck video was absolutley priceless.

It depends on the condition. Wear and tear is worth it if the 200K car needs more maintenance.

Have you looked at using a bigger bike box? They are pretty big. I would think if the window was supported by foam on the inside you would be okay. FedEx is usually very reasonable with their rates via ground.

Maybe I was confused on how I read it. A 2+2 Turbo 280zx flywheel and a standard 280zx Turbo flywheel are the same. The only 240mm flywheel that came on a Non-turbo car were the 2+2 models.

You have little to no shoulders on any of those roads. That is tight and the trees are so very close! Yikes! Love the scenery though.
