  1. Mark, you got both Inner and outers? Did the Inners come w/ the O-ring. I just called my Local Autozone and they said the brand was Fanco.
  2. Any idea on where these can be ordered from? I'm also assuming the Oring is only for the Inner boot?
  3. Life is tough, Imangine having no Penis or a recent loss of it.. Then you have something to bitch about. Paradigm shift; I'm not much different in my own depressional state at times, but I too need to listen to my own advice. It could be worse. Mentally, I plan for the worst. If it's better than that I'm happy. Best of luck w/ your Z. I'd help you in heartbeat if I could. What year Z do you have? No offense intended in anything I've said. Sometmes other peoples problems help you realize how good you have it.
  4. It was strange. Mainly at the 4K to 7K range. Why would it only do it that high?
  5. Thanks Paul. I did check for their existance. I'll check how tight they are tomorrow.
  6. Drove my car today after a 2 week rest. In 1st and 2nd under hard acceleration the rear end, driver side, so it seems, felt like it lifted up, then wobbled? At first I thought the wheel fell off it. It was a very strange, never experienced before feeling. I went home, checked all 4 tires lugs and they were tight. I asked the wife to follow me and she said it looked like the car lifted a little in the rear and shuddered from behind. She said the wheels themselves never moved or wobbled themselves. Whats even stranger as I drove it more it happened less and less. I got home and checked the top strut nuts and the driver side were'nt really tight, more snug. I tightened those up and checked the other side. The car does have a sway bar. Stock R200 axles w/ a 3.90 rear end. Some after market springs, lowered about 1.5 to 2 inches. What else should I check?
  7. Thanks Rick, so when is the first track day w/ your new motor?
  8. I talked w/ Dave yesterday, he said you really don't need the BHJ damper unless you've increased displacement. He said on stock block displacement the standard Crank pulley will be fine. I think I'd just as soon buy it plug and play then mess around though.
  9. Looking forward to viewing the progress. I wish I had this site back in 1989 for the first Z.
  10. Which Damper, trigger wheel and MAG mount is that?

  12. I'm going on 1.5 years of collecting parts. I'm getting closer each couple of months, I'm cheap, but also want good parts. I agree with reading a lot first. Your first decision is to come up w/ a HP rating you want. Then build from there. You will realize quickly what you will and won't be able to do with stock parts. Also I would not take your car off the road until you acheived 100% in part collection. That's the route i'm taking. I enjoy driving it NA now and having it sit in my garage waiting for more $$ to come in would bother me. Goodluck!
  13. It's worth as much as anyone would pay for it. Maybe not you, but others it is. I'm just cheap, and don't even have one turbo going yet. I couldn't imagaine two!
  14. Phil, I think I'd hold onto it and sell when the economy improves. To me it's still a little on the high side.
  15. Very, very nice find Clive. It's a sickness buying and selling Z's.
  16. Thanks Rick. I was looking at having SEP create my trigger wheel and mount. It is suppossed to be dead on when installed. I really want AC though.
  17. Any life changing event recently? You don't seem to be as upbeat as you used to be? Not knocking, just an observation.
  18. Thanks Rick. Does it really matter what size the trigger wheel is? Is there an Ideal size for the L6. I've heard 6" is recommended, but I checked Rebello and they run a 5.25 ish i think and BHJ runs a 7.25 ish size.
  19. Anything to good to be true is a scam, I would not do it, period. To me, buy the plane ticket, fly there hand the cash over and drive it home. Get a round trip ticket though. Your seller will likely never show. It's going to cost at least $600 + to ship. Ask if she will subtract it from te price to meet in person.
  20. It's always about the math to me. I'm cheap, I have to be, even though I'm not in an inexpensive hobby. What would get from if it if you decided not to keep it?
  21. Very, nice. So what did you end up spending.
