    Anyone know if the acura integra mid 90's up to before the rsx seats fit? I would like put DC2 recaros in my z. I think they would fit I read on some civic forum that they have 38.5 cm front left to right hole on the rails that is 15 1/4 inchs.

    I just used a piece of solid rod and then PL premium glued it in !

    I can so relate to that I am having the to-do list blues at least from times to times I spend a couple hour doing some work on the Z but its not always easy. I motivate myself by having a list on a drawing bord that I can cross stuff I did and I can then see when I get the blues that the list is getting smaller somehow. I watch the project mull videos to sometimes to tell myself that I have less work on my plate then him hehe.

    For one thing you could put a catalyser and maybe fit a glasspak instead of the resonator other then that I really don't know.

    I think the quaife will hold plenty but the week spot is the front snub ang the axels like others have said.

    I bought a garrett core with ATP ends and I think its the best bang for the buck imo.

    Well its not like the test he did could be tested by engineers ... im sorry if my post sounded like if porsche engineers did some test and posted it on the internet...Of course a guy tested it, he felt it was better. It Is up to you to think if you want to try it out on thing for sure it would try it. Dont want to sound pissed but i posted the link as info on foam strenghtning a car.

    Thats about what i had as an opinion. Sleeve coilovers just add ride height aspect. Im not saying if a brand like Tein or other high end S13 coilovers were doable i would consider but in the end im just thinking how many times im gonna adjust the height ? Since im not racing sleeves would do just fine. Thanks Johnc.

    Hey everyone im just wondering what is the main diffrence if any between using a sleeve coilover on a standered shock versus an S13 coilover. Beside having to install a top plate on the s13 what other advantages is their. Im asking because im thinking about my suspension setup these days.

    How can you be sure that the plate is leveld right, heat could distort the top plate or shock tower and change the angle no?
