Car shit the clutch all over the track on the 1st pass. I continued to run it...... best time was a 12.054 @100...... disappointing to say the least. I had no traction as I went on my street tires ( Nitto NT05 315/35/17). I did nothing but spin the whole way. 1 photo is of my car at TX2k16 with DE MeanZ..... I only made it 1 day. Ordered a new clutch McLeod RXT Ordered a few mufflers Xforce with remote valves on them to wither be quiet or dump the exhaust. I am on the verge of ordering a Tecnocraft T5 seat for the car I can only afford 1 at a time so the second one will be a bit. I have a set of 275/50/15 Mickey Thompson ET Street R tires waiting for a set of wheels, I am going to go with a set of RaceStar wheels for the mean time. I can't justify spending cash on another set of 15" CCW wheels for the rear.More in the works but I want to see what it will do with a tire and a clutch......

I sourced another pair of headlight covers from Japan.... I will have another Datsun to build that I would be interested in buying if this ever got off the ground.

I have just ordered at Tecnocraft T5 for my car. I was going to do the T2 XL but this will give me 1/2" more. ( I am 5'11" 220)

I would do all prep and rust cleaning now. Rather than waiting, you don't know how the weather/humidity/climate will effect the car over time. I know it has lasted this long but I would hate to see it spread unknowingly while you have it locked up.

If they offered them in a flat lip I would consider as I want a 2nd set of wheels for the car for shows. I have a set of weld 15" wheels on their way for the strip and highways.....

I am going to go for the 200mph club in my 240...... I need all the aero help I can get. I just bought wheels (15"x8") buying tires in the next couple days 275/50/15 to help........ a splitter and belly pan are essential in my eyes....

It has been hard seeing that you guys lost a good friend and brother " from another mother" I haven't said anything because I know the feelings all too well myself. All I can say is that as time goes on you will still continue to think about him, it will get better but it will take time.
