Well got the car today. Really isnt as bad as i was thinking. Its all fixable and the car still drives fine and didnt touch the fraim rails and the alignment is still right on. Enough words here is the pictures!!!

Jeff i think ill leave the fun part of the story out! lol. I dont have any pics yet. Its at the tow yard. Im going to look at it tomorrow, and ill take my camera along. Challenger. What does your parts car have on the front end thats usable? If your willing to do that i would even send my old intercooler set up your way. Thanks alot man

Ya yesterday was not a good day for me and Stella(my zeds name). I was driving down the interstate going about 75 and i changed 2 lanes and when i corrected to go straight again my back end broke loose(it was wet). Tried to steer into it and power it out but the roads where to slick and i drifted across 3 lanes and hit a Mazda 6 in the rear passenger door. That spun him out and put him into a slide and sent him back across 3 lanes and into the grass just missing a big sign on the side of the road. I proceeded to keep sliding and just before i stopped i hit the center guard rail with the whole side of my car. Well thats what happened both fenders are gone, hood, drivers headlight bucket, drivers door and rear quarter all have damage. I didnt look at it to closely because i was trying to get over to the other driver to see if he was ok and he was. luckily neither one of us where hurt. I dont have any pictures right now but its probably totaled but i will buy it back and either fix it or swap everything. We will see. Pretty bummed but kinda excited because i am gonna have so much work to do with the Z. It kinda looks like what the devil Z looked like the first time it hit the guard rail lol. Alright ill get some pictures tomorrow when i go and look at the car at the tow yard.

i ordered mine from the same guys i believe. Very fast shipping. They had it to me in i think 1 or 2 days and im all the way across country. I have no issues with mine stable fuel pressure all the time. i am running it at stock fuel pressure though

Oh btw those are the stock z sliders dismantled and just using the bottom portion of them and welding them on. Then they just bolt right up.

umm not to sure i think an 04 if im not mistaken. They are just the base model seats. Im 6'1" and with the seats all the way back im where i want to be on the pedals but i cant really go back any farther. The seat belt recoiler thing stops it from going back any farther. I Plan on going with 4 points so that will change later. with the seats where i want them to be for agressive driving i have plenty of head room(well unless my hair is long and spiked up. then my spikes hit lol)like 3 inches. or more and thats with the seat lifted as high as it can go. and i fit with a helmet on real easy.

These look great but one question. Why not make the whole thing out of carbon fiber or fiberglass and get rid of the metal piece on top? is there a reason this couldnt be done? seems logical to me.

The flange is what the v0band clamp puts the load on to keep it together. you weaken that its going to break when you put the v-band clamp back on. Im sorry but i think your really harming your turbo. Maybe you should take it to a shop to have it taken apart.

dude... you cant cut that thing. yourit has to match up perfect. if its cockied when you put it back on the fan blades will hit..

Flip my intercooler pipe around? Why would i do that? so it makes it longer?? What would that serve?

Man KTM i hate to say it but you have been going through alot lately... ive been lucky and mine has stayed together for the past month and half or so. Before that it was horrible though. Blew a motor, turbo, transmission, and rear end. all in a little over a month. But im loving my new set up and i cant be happier running 16psi on the holset. Totally makes all the work worth while

I was at the lake once and a semi pulled up pulling a single stand up jet-ski. lol 2 guys can pick one of those up and put it in the back of a truck lol

first of all switch to PB blaster. Then use lots of heat ie propane torch i used a rubber mallet and then just started tapping it but making sure you keep it square. so you dont bend the blades.

lol Those rims are just made to suck the air out from under the car. they just need to be put on the other side.

I think thats about as short as you can get with intercooler pipping. The one thing that i have on my set that im not to happy with is i have my iat sensor actually threaded into the manifold so im not sure how accurate it is... i want to take the piping back off and take it to my welder to have him weld in a iat bung right before the tb. Im also thinking that i should lower my intercooler to get it into more fresh air or i need to ad some ducting to get the air to the intercooler better. what do you think?

mine is over 2 feet away from my injectors. you should be fine.
