Ok, so the most frustrating part of the build so far has been trying to find a TPS sensor for my car. I have an S2 RB25det which was bone stock from the get go with the exception of exhaust that I am not in the process of upgrading with minor bolt ons before the winter. As I did the Greddy Intake manifold, I replaced the throttle body with a Q45 unit that has been the most annoying thing on the planet trying to get to work. Heres why:

im not sayin it isnt worth it--- anything that holds its own against a gt42 is ok in my book...I just dont have that type of power yet (pesky stock turbo)

lol ya i had to do the same with my honda and even more so because it was fwd..... but god i could never keep up with cars like that cause all i did was spin.... as for the diff... weld that sucker... I cant wait to put mine in... double the traction and all im gonna do is straight line anyway...and its not my daily so its gonna be sweet...I say weld the 4.10 and put it in and see how you like it

got'em! Well I got a 20 trans and was hesitant to beat it up on stock power but if your on a gt30 and get 20 passes in I am gonna have a field day in mine

dayummmnnn 1500 for a clutch..... I miss my honda already nice unit though....someday Ill be able to make use of it.... but not as of right now

Well, I am waiting for enough time off from work to make a project out of fitting the intercooler... so I figured I would mock up my Interior just to get a smile on my face for a second.... Just a quick before and after---With carpet down, custom heat in, a little spray paint, avc-r head unit... etc The dash was done by the previous owner....or the one before that... but either way I am working with it... What I got left. Drill Dash to fit speakers Heater core needs to be mounted Console mounted AVC-R Wiring Build Fuel Cell enclosure so I can start taking this sucker to the track... how many plugs fit under there? I already have a brown and a purple plug hooked into the back of the mani?

Well here are the pictures. The first is the fuel rail----If I tighten the bolts all the way down it seems that the injector harness will rest against the runners on the intake....When i had it first tightened down I couldnt even connect the clips---so I had to loosen it and bring it back up--- did I have to bend the tabs? Run some spacers? or should I just go ahead and tighten it all the way down? The next is the blue clip coming out of the engine harness... I marked all the clips (or at least I thought I did so I am not sure where this one came from? Look familiar to anyone? I dont want to turn the car over with something important missing.... especially with the lack of a check engine light lol

It looks like I had the hose off the 240! haha so I wasnt as beat as I thought I was.... however after I finished everything last night there were a few things that I was curious about... 1. A harness clip that doesnt go anywhere... 2. The size of the hose coming out of hte intake--- 3. Fuel rail position on the greddy.... Pics will follow once the rain lets up today.

Lovin them 2" rims....although i think you can find something to better fit the widebody---- OH and as for the interior i need a new t-shirt cause i just drooled all over it. That is some serious talent.... -E

I got an old apexi wheel but its not very comfortable---which is why i asked.... are those strut bars production or aziza-made?

Very nice car. I have the same seats--- they sit me a little too high (Im 6'1") but I think they look awesome. What steering wheel is that?

A few things about that tho... 1. I have the line going straight to the master cyl 2. it was like that on the stock manifold so boost was going into the cyl---prob not good. 3. I have 3/8 line coming off my intake maniofld and also going into the master cyl--- but the check valve you can get at pep boys is significantly smaller--- where can i get a bigger one?

ya there definately isnt one there and wasnt one there lol.... going to pep boys now to pick one up---wow that couldnt have been good

If you are local to the PA area you can get an ECU reflash which is 700 including a tune then 120 for every tune after the fact. It uses a stock computer just chipped for a custom tune. I will be using that with deatschwerks 550s and a t3/t4 turbo -E

hahaha does it come stock on the manifold, the line or the master cyl? Cause I havent changed anything but the manifold--- ZUL8R--- did you have to add one when u installed?

What does a one way valve look like? haha The last thing i need is to be boostin and lose my brakes lol

ZUL8r.... the coolant sender pics are attached above. I have a custom dash and autometer water temp guage--- and was wondering if I could tap off of one of those? On the old manifold the installer of the guage tapped right next to those 2 and added an aftermarket valve....

I am gonna start to do the piping very soon--- just have to make a few cuts to get the intercooler to fit--- ( have a 1 piece front end) ....Cant wait to get it all hooked up... Just a few more things... Where does that turbo coolant line connect to? I don't see any openings for it on any of the hoses... Can I just remove the bleeder valve and extend the hose to make them connect? The TPS sensor is like 2 female ends when I tried to get it to hook up--- I will take a pic Also---My stock manifold was drilled and tapped for a coolant temp sensor-- but I really dont want to tap the greddy for the sensor---where is the next best place to put it? and finally.... did you have to extend your fuel lines? Cause it seems mind arent long enough to make it with the greddy--- -E

Where can I find this RB wiring diagram?.... I cant be the only one who has had this problem.... its such a common upgrade....
