  7. Hey guys, Speedhut is back on the ball! Jim/Z240 had his order sent in on 1/20/15 an order of five gauges, and it shipped on the 26th! Let me know if I can help you guys with some gauges!!
  8. http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/116278-1976-280z-with-rb20/
  9. I have a running RB20 I pulled from my S30. http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/109730-rb20-swap/ Comes with goodies as well too. Would be more than willing to ship out your way.
  10. Hey Fric, I have a non-datsun question. To my understanding you can actually use MS in a DUAL ecu (MS and stock ecu). Is that something you can handle as well too?
  11. No way, check out blue collar bobbers ninja cafe kit
  12. Do keep in mind that two orders already shipped, those orders went in on 11/28,and those have shipped. The other two orders are a few days after that. So the rate things are going, it should be going sooner. I do apologize, but I have no control over what speedhut does, I only sell the gauges and send the orders in. I'll keep track of what's going on, generally speaking, when gauges are in the "Art Department" it only takes one day, to two days max before they go into shipping, however the remaining orders have been stuck in the "Art Department" for quite sometime now.
  13. It's not looking good fellas You: Order number 80688 and 80686 You: I've got two semi-irate customers wondering on the status of their gauges Rachel: hold Rachel: our normal lead time has been delayed due to the holiday sale and high volume of orders, we are going as fast as we can, with out compromising the quality. You: I understand Rachel: we are trying to get our distributor orders out asquicklt as we can Rachel: you will have to tell your customers they will have to be patient and understanding You: That's fine, if you could just give me a rough estimate on those orders Rachel: these items are all custom built and assembled to order from ground up Rachel: with holiday closing next week and new year You: if you could just get me a rough idea on when they'll ship Rachel: i will give you estimate, maybe first week of january? and hopefully within the 2nd week Rachel: thats bout all i can give you at this time, we will be trying to catch up between now and after the holiday
  14. Looking sweeeet!!! Do you mind if I post these up in the GB page?
  15. Another Order has shipped, you should have gotten an email/PM from me, if you have'nt heard from me yet, it hasn't shipped yet The other two orders are still in the "art department" -Steve
  16. Ditch the MAF. A lot of people are using ECU Masters Piggy back to get rid of it. A lot of drift guys around here have used it with great success. http://ecumasterusa.com/ I'm not a dealer for them yet, but have been eyeing the hell out of them. THeir standalone kit is 1200 bucks.
  17. Where are those gauges?! When are you going six speed in the supra? I've got a few VQ transmissions with your name on it!
  18. For those who placed orders, most orders are in the production/art stage, only one has shipped so far. There is still the Christmas sell going on! Let me know what I can do for you!
  19. Mine wasn't even great, and I regret getting rid of her. I wish I had posted up and thought about it, rather than being impulsive and ditching her.
  20. Shoot me a PM, I don't want to take away from the OP's thread
  21. Sorry for intruding, but the cars that use these transmissions (350-370 and their infiniti counterparts) use the wheel speed sensor for speed readings. So unfortunately you won't be able to, you'll can use a driveshaft pick up unit (mount a magnet on the driveshaft, and a sensor picks up the reading, but has to be programmed), or you can use a GPS speedo, or a GPS unit to speedo. Autometer makes the GPS unit to speedo, but only works on electronic units (so cable driven doesn't apply). Also, be careful, the CD003 (early units) have issues with synchros (but are known for holding good power) and generally go for about 300-500. The CD0009 (the good one) cones in two different flavors. 1) for 05-06 350z/G35, and 2)Late 350z (07-08), 370z, and G37. The main difference between the two is the early and late CD0009 is mainly the the external slave and internal slave. There are also a few minute differences (the input shaft is 10mm SMALLER on late units). Ideally you want the external slave version, if you use the internal slave portion, you'll have to come up a few things to make it work (Colin's adapter already makes a kit for this though, but you'll have to shell out an additional 400 bucks). However, you can purchase a CD0003, and upgrade to an early CD0009, you will need a few things from the them though; Clutch forks, pilot bearing, shifter, shifter tripod linkage thing are all different. Slave cylinder, and driveshaft are the same though. Same deal with the late/early CD0009, the driveshaft is the same, and the shifter SHOULD be the same, but I'm not sure, as most do not OPT to go this route, but Nissan did fix the issues with between the early and late CD0009's too. Early CD0009's have an issue with 5 and 6 gear grind, and they fixed it on the late CD0009's. As a shameless plug for my information I do have a CD-series transmissions for sale. I have a late CD0009 and a CD0003 for anyone who wants to purchase them. I do get these transmissions pretty often though as they are a good option for 2jz fellas since you can do the entire swap for the cost of just the Gertrag trans Also, the main reason to use any of these transmission is: 1) gearing is amazing, 2) are readily available, 3) have been known to hold about 1000 HP
  22. Buy from this man! I had my oil pan made by pat, and it worked amazing! Keep in mind you have to move your dipstick too!
  23. It wasn't a miata was it? Another guy got his miata stolen from FL.
