  1. Did you do anything to the proportioning valve? And since you have the 1" Wilwood, I assume there is no check valve for the rear brakes right?
  2. Yep, TE37V. They are available down to -25 offset depending on diameter and width. I have 17x10 (-20) on my Z, but I'm not selling my set and likely won't fit your car anyway since they are 5x114.3.
  3. 10" wide with 255s is how I get my workout for my arms, lol. It sucks a little without power steering and a 300mm steering wheel.
  4. Let me know if you're interested. http://honyaku.j-server.com/LUCRAYS/ns/tl.cgi/http://www.rayswheels.co.jp/products/wheel.php?lang=ja&wheel=TE37V&SLANG=ja&TLANG=en&XMODE=0&XCHARSET=UTF-8&XJSID=0
  5. I have a set, but not looking to sell. If you can get mill a set out, I can give you the measurements. It's not a difficult piece to make.
  6. I have a brand new S13 Greddy intercooler set if you're interested, it can very easily be made to work in the S30 chassis. It is complete with all the pipes and everything in the box.
  7. You keeping stock brakes? Choosing the right wheels to clear the brakes is an important point to consider.
  8. Use a meter or test light to find it and verify. Turn on the parking lights and look for the one that has 12V+ on it.
  9. Check your grounds and connections if you want to go through that. Swapping to the ZX internally regulated alternator is quick and I enjoy the reliability of it.
  10. ^^^ Yep, that qualifies as modified. Nice snails.
  11. @Incognitjo - Not done with it yet, but the coilovers are made by Feal Suspension, camber plates in the front. I plan to use T3 arms all the way around to get some adjustment and freshen up the parts.
  12. @Texis - What offset are those wheels and have you put the car on the ground? As you can see, I have some clearance issues with the air dam and the front of the fender. What suspension are you running? Settings? I figured if I dial out some caster, it would move the wheel back, but that's not exactly the best for handling.
  13. Nobody can tell you without knowing what tire sizes and additional suspension work you are wanting/willing to do. I have 17x10 -20 on all four corners with 255/40r17. They are big. If you run wide tires, you need wide flares. If you stretch tires, then the zg flares could work.
  14. this is the one thing that is stopping me from VQ power in mine. I can't deal with no A/C.
  15. Ah I get it. I think that hub gets the most stress if the course designer always keeps the rotation counter-clockwise. The Modern Motorsports hubs are aluminum too, I am guessing like the other members, your wheels are flexing hard.
  16. How wide are the Marugen Shoukai flares? And who has contact information for them in Japan? I will be there for work again soon, the name is relatively common and there are many of them in Japan.
  17. The fronts are the ones breaking right?? I'm so confused... I see people talking about the stubs in the rear. Here are T3 front hubs that might fix your problem if you want to keep using those wheels: https://technotoytuning.com/nissan/280z/4-lug-front-hubs-datsun-240z-260z-and-280z
  18. Just thought I'd leave this in here... Modern motorsport cobra front hubs with cobra PBR calipers Modern motorsport stub axles with silvermine stage 4 rear setup Volk Racing TE37V 17x10-20 5x114.3 The brakes clear, but the wheels need to be drilled since the original holes are 12mm for Japanese cars, but the studs on the hubs are 1/2".
  19. R888 is also a bit wider than the NT01 if they are equal sizes. It also normal to see toe in when negative camber increases.
  20. I have a budget, it just might be more than some but less than others. It's a matter of choosing what you buy. I choose to buy American where I can and use local labor, as long as it's reasonable. I believe in intellectual property and design rights, might be because of my background. If you want real wheels, I can lend a hand and "hook you up" with better prices. Not much that goes on in this forum is "required", it's discretionary for the most part. Slow down the project a little and get the best you can or whatever it is that you want. I can understand that not everyone wants to spend $700 on each wheel, that's what makes everyone's car different.
  21. I haven't used it, otherwise I wouldn't ask. I was just curious and asking, no need to get all bent out of shape.
