I actually ran 26x9.5-16 on 16x8s and it is not unusual to see these tires run at 12psi or less. With a 15" you have even more sidewall so the sidewall will wrinkle more and really lay down a big contact patch. Do not know what your car weighs but if I guess 2,750 w/driver, the car is capable of running 11.80 @ 119. Less weight will be quicker, etc., but do not expect to get there 1st time out. This of course assumes a good burnout and strong launch, say a 1.70 or better. Hope you have a strong clutch!
BTW, I just upgraded to 27x11.5-15 QTPs on 15x8 Welds but did not get a chance to really test them at Reynolds because of the lazy spoolup and "slow" launch.
