  1. Hey Juan, http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/98611-posting-pictures-please-read/page__pid__924959#entry924959 I'm viewing your pics from a 22" monitor, and your hand is bigger than my entire screen.
  2. It is the series one wheel, since the spokes are solid, so it is "rare" to someone doing a series one stock restoration if there's is destroyed. When they do come up for sale they really don't go for more than a series two wheel, from what I've seen. A properly restored wheel in perfect condition can bring $150-200+, and unrestored usually brings $15-40 depending on condition, again, from my observations/experience.
  3. $860 shipped for a 3.9 CLSD is a good price, especially if it comes with the finned rear cover and correct input yoke!
  4. Looking for something like these? http://www.spdexhaust.com/CollectorsB.html
  5. Look into Schroth for affordable harnesses that are actually DOT approved. I'm planning on using their 4 point harnesses on the street.
  6. $150 isn't uncommon for shipping on seats. There's not really a great way to ship them cheaply. They look to be pretty decent for a cheaper seat. How much do they run? I remember seeing a group buy thread linked from a Nissan forum that had some pretty good deals on knockoff seats. I was going to pick some of their nicer ones or go with OEM 350z cloth seats for my build.
  7. Take a look http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/97893-1971-240z-with-freshly-rebuilt-l28-and-suspension-upgrades/
  8. It really depends on what kind of shape the engine is in and what it would take to get it up and running! Personally, I would start with what's already there if I had zero history and see if I couldn't get it going as is with the basics. If that didn't work, the swap is always an option and everything will bolt right in. Put in a few hours work in on what you already have, and then go from there P.S. Where are you at in Tacoma? I'm over in Parkland going to PLU!
  9. Get a real lawyer, plain and simple. You need one!
  10. How did they misslead you? If they did you should be able to get your money back through paypal
  11. If you guys can verify the part numbers and fit, I'll order up a bunch of them and include them as one of the options with my fuel rails
  12. Hey Joe, I might have something you're intersted in, although it's about 1100 mi from LA http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/97893-1971-240z-with-freshly-rebuilt-l28-and-suspension-upgrades/ Thanks, Ryan
  13. Shoot a PM to one of the mods/admins with how you want it to read and they should be able to make the changes for you
  14. I'm not sure on the size of the stock breather hole, but here are some links for reference: AN thread sizes: http://www.gre6.com/ansize Corresponding drill sizes: http://www.physics.ncsu.edu/pearl/Tap_Drill_Chart.html
  15. Hey Bill, I sent you a text a little while ago. Let me know. Thanks, Ryan
  16. No, they aren't When quoting posts to reply, can you break the image links? Just remove the end image tag that looks like this, "[/img]". These are 280zx Iron Cross wheels (pic stolen from here). Sorry Stephen; I don't have any idea what kind of Ronals those are.
  17. Are they a non-standard size? I figured you would go with something like this
  18. Check out my thread in the Vendor's section http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/98343-cockerstars-fuel-rails/
  19. Pictures would be great!
  20. I think I have something that fits the bill of what you're looking for http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/97893-1971-240z-with-freshly-rebuilt-l28-and-suspension-upgrades/
  21. Shoot him a PM on here! I also emailed him at sales@betamotorsports.com johnc on here
  22. I have both a Miller brand one and a cheap one from eBay (likely the same as the HF ones). I broke the eBay one the first time I bumped it off of the table and cracked the housing. The lens works just fine though so I did a quick fiberglass patch on the shell to keep it as a spare. I have no complaints from the Miller one other than you have to remember to turn it on (my eBay one has an auto-on[always on?] feature). I also have some buddies that have hoods by SpeedGlas and they seem to like them just fine.
  23. Do they sell them individually? John At Betamotorsports has them for a very reasonable price too. $118 ea. front and $122 ea. rear. Make the whole kit $480+shipping.
  24. How radical is too radical? What's the max lift you're looking for?
  25. What are you using for a hopper setup? I have their standard 1lb hoppers, and I just picked to their vibratory stand, but haven't had a chance to set it up yet. I want to make a stand/cart that will hold the gun, the stand, an air dryer, and have some space for accessories. It is a great gun! I picked mine up after it had been used for a month for a little more than half of retail, so I think I paid a pretty fair price for it It is an awesome gun so far! The DWP feature is awesome for cage areas! I'm really glad to have the oven up now! I get a lot of requests for 18"+ wheels, and I'll be able to do those now without any problems. Making an oven, especially if you plan on using a hanging rack inside to support all of the weight, is a pretty simple affair if you have the right tools.
