  1. Well, I recently got a extra exhaust manifold, So I decided while Im waiting on my IC piping to get tigged up, I was going to port the exhaust manifold. I used a Carbide bit and a air die grinder. A buddy of mine came over and helped smooth everything out. This is the first time I have tried anything like this. Changes I am hoping to see, Faster spool, alittle more HP and Tq along with more powerband up higher in the revs. I also ported the exhaust housing of the turbo to match the newly ported exhaust manifold.   8. A bit of advice and cheap insurance I can give to you is.. Upgrade your Fuel pump. The stock pump starts to fail pretty badly at 10psi.. and if it is weak.. you go lean lean lean.. I have a walbro 255. I picked it up new for 100 bucks. I think its worth looking into.

  10. I concur, Running 440 CC injectors on the stock EFI is not going to be easy. Do you have a wideband on it to see how rich it is running? The only way to do it right is with a aftermarket ECU.

  12. awesome, Yeah I got it from silicone intakes, Im impressed. I figured I would give it a try. Just didnt have enough for the real thing right now.
  13. I assume,, swoooosh.. but as my post says these are mock up pics and piping will be tigged this week. This is a knock off tial but honestly it looks excellent inside and out.No casting flaws and doesnt feel cheap what so ever. We shall see how it performs..
  14. Going to have my piping tigged up this week and I should be back on the road. I also will be installing a ported stock Exhaust mani. looking forward to getting her back on the road again.

  23. Scott, I used the factory Z hard line and cut the bracket off. I then bent the hard line out of the way and connected the stock 240sx rubber brake line from the caliper to the hard line. Eventually I will get rid of the rubber line and replace it with a stainless line.. but for now this will work.
