  1. Ive heard from a few people that the bumpsteer spacers are junk. I know one guy that slotted his control arms and said that was the move.
  2. L motor has the low and mid range all over a sr, I usually crush them from launch to top of third, I will win if I fool them hard enough with the launch and 2nd, if they hit third soft that is @ss is mine. If they are persistent they will pull me in third gear, revealing that my hp isnt there yet but my torque game is on. With stock sr's they inch on me in a third gear battle, my buddy with the t51r vanishes from me in third gear when he finally hits full boost. My revenge will come with the T62 ( p trim t04e) and the Srs I havent put the stank on already are soon to be dominated. Sr cars are pretty potent and I dont care about the weight, their car still dont look as good as mine
  3. 12 Galaxies Frank Chu? Thats my good friend. We bring him out to the club and bar scene downtown, pretty interesting guy to say to say the least, even more interesting when you get him loaded!
  4. Rancho Cucamonga is where that movie Friday was filmed right?
  5. ----------------- = Black/white-12v switched and crank (+) | =Yellow from ecu (-)
  6. Drill a 2" hole a little bit under the clutch master cylinder over to the left some (looking from under the dash to front of car) Run the harness just like in the zxt.
  7. Yeah especially when the cops have a Ls1 chp to deal with him. 270hp in a large car, yippie "when they are walking up to the car, i give it a good 6000rpm rev" "knob knibble" thats my man! remind me to wax my car and get a neon liscence plate so I can slide under radar!
  8. He's not playin! I love it!
  9. what do you like more? any 350 should be able to make 300rwhp pretty easy , L28et takes some work but I love it. Having had both I miss the way a v8 just charges but have grown to love waiting on the mid-top end charge of boost. If I were doin v8 goal would be minimum 400rwhp hooking and moving and killing, there is a lot that has to be done to get the car done right at any hp rate with the v8 swap and if Im going to do it im going hog on it or nothing. Depends on what you want to do with the car, and bottom line is youre gonna get sucked in no matter which engine you choose to use, so you should pick the poison that tastes sweeter to you from the jumpstart.
  10. cold start injector isnt the optimum place to put an injector, but it could be a place to put ANOTHER injector, once you have one or two in the intercooler piping. I was thinking of running a couple in the injector piping man it just sounds cool. The cold start injector isnt a regular sized injector stock, its a funny little guy that probably doesnt flow any flow, its kind of a dropper to stabalize idle. I would go to a junkyard and grab some RX7 injectors or something and let the rubber fly, bet you its fun. May not be the most efficient way to make power, but hey whatever.
  11. you can get the pressure switches from napa auto parts, or a diesel supply company may have them. They are called hobbs switches, and I used to have pn#s for them. Napa calls em pressure switches, same difference I guess, they are cool they come in different switch on vac/boost non adjustable. I will look for the numbers and let you be the guinea pig for them! I want to run a 25 or so nitro shot, just so that I can claim TurboNitrous!
  12. I couldnt find them in 17 16x7 is 400 16x8-405 goes up 5.00 per .5width or therebouts.
  13. put the old chts back in. man you guys love to play with the afm huh? Ive never opened mine, I refuse to do so.
  14. always good to replace in pairs, even though I didnt do it this time around.
  15. I have a feeling that on the l20et, going to 20btdc is a bad idea. sounds like that engine runs a little more compression than the l28et? Nitrous jersy, nitrous.
  16. maybe you put the lines to the fuel rail on backwards?
  17. stick a t in the vacum line to the wastegate actuator, that should get you at least 10psi.
  18. The biggest pain doing it in the car has to be the center and rear caps. The way the L6 bottom end is designed, the main caps press into the skirts of the block pretty far and wedge themselves in there, then the two bolt mains hold them in place. This makes for a hell of a time getting them loose sometimes, and this is with full access and full arms length strikes with mallets and a slide hammer to get the suckers off.
