Is the pump below or above the fuel line from the tank? I have heard of people putting smaller fuel pumps before their main pump to "push" fuel into the main pump if the main pump is unable to get gas consistently.

There is always the hidden battery disconnect, fuel switch, remove the steering wheel, Pay as you go Phone with GPS hidden somewhere, etc.

When he took the AC out he may have disconnected the cable to control the flow of coolant into the heater core. It is hard to get to if you don't have the dash out, but if you take the fan out there are three bolts holding it on two on the firewall and one under the dash by the small white box where all the wires hook up on the passenger side. If you take the fan assembly out you should be able to see it laying on your back. If you want to take your dash out that would work too. Do you feel any resistance when you move the hot-cold selector? also are your coolant lines from the engine hooked up to the firewall?

You could always use electrolysis it gets rid of all the rust then all you have to do is brush it to get the deposits off and voila no rust at all, but you do have to paint right away or flash rust will happen. All you have to do is get a tub of water put some baking soda in it get a car charger, hook up a wire to the piece you want to get rust free, dip it in the water keeping the charger clamp out of the water, then get a iron rebar or something metal stick it into the water, make sure they aren't touching. Leave it in for a few hours depending on size of the piece you want rust free, brush off, paint, Good as new. You can see lots of cool videos on youtube about it, just search Electrolysis rust removal. Edit: also forgot to mention it takes off all the grime and existing paint as well so its like media blasting but not abrasive and works well on smaller parts.

You have to live in Colorado to understand. The last few days it has been a bit stormy ,Hailed three or more times, They were about pea size and larger. Maybe for the right price I will just give you the whole intake, I heard the AZ Intake is for HP and the Clifford is more for Torque . But next year I plan on driving my Z down there for some Car show my girlfriend has told me about but I have been able to be down there at the right time.
