  1. I am sure the heritage work great. Same basic concept.
  2. Definitely not from scratch. All the hard work is done. The Blake bracket would already work if I could live with some of the things about it.
  3. First test print to look at clearances. I think it will need to be angled more. I like the valve cover mount. It’s not perfect but it’s sturdy and easy.
  4. I am designing up a coil bracket like the Blake machine one but uses nissan RB coils. This uses 2006 350z coils heads (Hitachi IGC0003 Ignition Coil) and spring. Then a boot from a 2005 Chrysler 300. They fit perfect.
  5. Well I have decided on ITB for my 240z build. My triple Mikuni 44s sound cool, but the smell of gas in my garage is driving me nuts. My HVAC unit is right next to my car in my garage and the fumes seem to move into the whole house. I also think the mikuni 44s are a bit much for a stock 2.4L, and I never dialed them in perfectly. I bought the jenvy 45s, injectors etc.. from Datsun Spirit. I will probably do a haltech elite 750 ecu. I got a hoke trigger kit for my stock 240z pulley and will do some sort of cam sensor from the dizzy spot. Goal is to look basically period but be EFI. I will re use my SK intake.
  6. On Facebook if you go to the mikuni group or message Mike Malone or Taka Sato, they normally have leads or have carbs.
  7. Diamond plate thing stays. The pushrod if you pull out is adjustable. looks like it needs to be adjusted out a good amount. Maybe the gap .02 between.
  8. I have a stage 1-2 kit for sale, all the highest end parts you can get. Non vented toyota fronts and maxima rears all professionally rebuilt by stop tech. All of it bolts on and uses the stock MC. Also retains e-brake. Pm me if interested. This includes everything in the first picture minus the 1" MC. Which wasn't sized right for this kit. Only selling to go z garage.
  9. I am building a 3.0-3.2L next winter, gosh I might need to save up my nickles for this head. Dammit Derek:)
  10. This is on my list to do. I wish someone made a dog leg shifter for it.
  11. Troy Ermish has a few NOS Mikunis. I would contact him https://www.ermish-racing.com/
  12. Googling R180 diff cover had tons and tons of options.
  13. Just fill this thread with pictures of peoples installs and sound clips:)
  14. Buy through https://jessestreeter.com/ It was about 30% cheaper then any other option. Jesse is awesome to deal with as well.
  15. Searching facebook never works that well for me. I love forums.
  16. I wasn't following this build. I am now! So cool. Congrats
  17. Yeah, I kind of figured something. Vapor blasting the carbs would make them look the best. But they will always have pitting.
  18. Someday lets build me a head:)! Stroker, 3.1L and triples.
  19. It's not long, so my guess would be runner length. But I am not a automotive engineer:)
  20. I have an older intake that has a crazy step in it. So it steps up to the carbs.
  21. That's going to sound so good! Will you do different intake runner lengths? I know people say longer= lower rpm torque.
