  1. You have damaged your pilot bushing, pull it back out. FYI you can use one from any nissan for the most part (ie 240sx). If you don't cut the old bushing out the trans will NOT slide on all the way and it will bind against the input shaft. The answer is covered in the beginning of your post. Evan
  2. Its so clear, hammock. Take a nap between races LOL.
  3. Deja, nice to see you again at DNI! After seeing your setup, CV's only make sense. I am not sure about the whole diff conversion though! Evan
  4. Netflix anyone? Scott, props to you for "handling" the situation and not being one of the helpless screamers inside the store. Hope everyone is alright! Evan
  5. Skip the RB20, its gonna be tough to sell without all the stuff like transmission etc.. Plus, my buddy got an RB20 on a pallet one time, and the pan was chock full of bearings.
  6. Yeah, you got a deal for sure then! Whats first on the list of fab?
  7. Does it have the regulator? I think the weld-pak units are wire feed, you have to grab the regulators separately. That said, you got a DEAL!!!! Have fun with that badboy. Evan
  8. Keep your O2 sensor, that way when you are cruising the EFI can auto correct a/f ratios. Makes a big difference in gas mileage and idle. Evan
  9. Mine is blue. Can't tell without seeing it from the top. Side profile looks like mine.
  10. You can use an existing map sensor. Fortunately, i can log 0-5v input on my laptop by way of my software so I used the map to log boost. Pretty sweet IMO.
  11. Probabally the same reason mine is upstream of the IC, space. Evan
  12. How tall are the tail lights on that car? I think part of the appeal is the small area height wise, which makes the lights seem wider then they really are. I don't know that you want to do a large mouth like opening at the bottom but is there something you could do to accent that empty space? Just noticed terry's car has vents there. Evan
  13. Man, you better bet that hurt. Probabally gave him a pretty nasty burn on his leg too. Quarters are way to close to have people wandering around.
  14. Surging libido? Where do I sign up?
  15. Generally cutting it out is the best way. Maybe a jigsaw with a cut down blade would fit in the area. Best of luck man, its a pain to remove as Pirate87 warned! Evan
  16. You should consider a progressive system like I, Garrett, and Scotty run. http://www.alky-control.com Evan BTW, I have NO idea what that stuff is!
  17. Jason, sounds like your on the right track with the pump pulley as well.
  18. On my first N/A I broke two head bolts, its a mother to take it all back apart. Evan BTW, this was with a properly calibrated tq. wrench.
  19. I have never had any problems with dynamat extreme. It does not smell when heated, or melt. Older dynamat tended too but I never had any trouble. I have the insides of my doors almost 100% covered in it. Makes a huge difference. I am not totally convinced that putting it under carpet is going to yield huge gains in deadening. Evan
  20. I had several minor oil leaks in my RB that were cured by reconnecting the PCV valve the way it was intended. This is in the wrong sub-category btw. Evan
  21. Yeah, I was battling very high idle. Give it a shot dude, it will help you narrow the cause. Evan
