In my experience, if you can mount it and figure out which wire is which it will work fine. Evan BTW, you will need to bypass any stock voltage regulators (not sure if your car has an external)

I have seen over voltage make radar detectors freak out too. IMO Dr. Hunt is right though, along with the others. You should clean all the grounds (at the very least for preventative purposes).

Since its 100% dead my first wild guess is a bad alternator/voltage regulator since you said it would go up and down. Sounds like its nothing TOO serious though! Good luck. Evan

Matt, that sounds EXACTLY like my experience! IMO just dump the venoms and get something different. No sense in paying for flow testing again if they are going to take another dump. My gut instinct said not to trust them, I am glad I never attempted a really good tune with them. Evan

RB25det parts are not that hard to come by anymore, but if your building a torque monster its the wrong motor to use IMO. Evan

Well, PTE uses densos and deatchwerks (sp?) can get them too. They are brand new. Venoms are officially garbage! Of the four that flowed close to the same number, one started freaking out on the test bench and fluctuated up to 50ccs on its own accord. Of 6 injectors, I don't even have 4 to sell as a good set. I will be going back to side feeds, ♥♥♥♥ canning these venoms, and selling my top feed rail I think. Evan Ill have flow numbers next week so you know exactly how bad they are.

Yeah, if torque is what your looking for then the L motor is the one to build (at least compared to the RB). But me thinks you have no clue what you really want. Evan
